The apartment is 65 m², is in the old town of Barth, with a beautiful view of the historic "Adlige Fräuleinstift" founded in 1733 as "Bahrtisches Kloster". It is in a prime location, 300 meters from the water, quiet (play street) and yet central, directly on the park, in 2 minutes walk you can reach the market square and also the harbor promenade.

Cozy apartment with a nice balcony

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

Hafenkoje 1 (ground floor) Very cozy, new and modern equipped apartment; including in-house sauna in the romantic closed courtyard. For the use of the sauna, please have 3 x €2- € coins. It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and your own garden. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us and are happy to answer questions and make individual arrangements. Saal is the ideal starting point for exploring the Bodden region. Gutleben country house - lots of flair, sauna and nature

This house found us! By chance, this old farmhouse was offered to us furnished for sale in 2019. We immediately fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long asphalted cul-de-sac surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this here together with my wife Denise - almost our anchorage on land.
