Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

-Winter break from December 22nd to April 5th 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with modern charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. There are now 3 more apartments in the house for guests. The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private dock. There is a large terrace and a garden at the house. With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. Of course, you can also fish at the jetty. Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. On the large property there is a small house.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
