Our little renovated Kate from 1876 is quiet and only 900m from the dyke. Large, sheltered garden on the edge of a field, with covered terrace and beach chair. Approx. 1,076 sq. ft. (100 m²) of living space with a large kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, living and dining area, and a small bedroom for one person on the ground floor. Large open bedroom on the second floor. Bedroom on the upper floor can only be reached by steep stairs. The sleeping accommodation for the 4th person is a niche (175x140). Private sauna for a fee.

Dat Melkhus – North Sea air and sauna

North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Families with children are "welcome". Start from here to Büsum, Sankt Peter Ording or by train to Sylt. We offer a bread roll service. The property is located in the middle of the idyll, surrounded by countless fields and a breathtaking view into the distance. The sea or the nearest swimming area is 5-10 minutes away by car. Meldorf is the nearest town, about 10 minutes by car, where, for example, shopping can be done.

Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

Welcome to our little log cabin! The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.
