A beach chair and a large table with chairs for working and eating allow an indoor and outdoor stay. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and generous interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and included.

As a guest of our apartment, you have the opportunity to use the entire wellness (swimming pool and sauna) and fitness area in the hotel "Elbstrand", which is 2 minutes away, for a fee of EUR 25.00 per person per week or part thereof.

This bright apartment in absolute proximity to the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living/sleeping room with an open kitchen (fully equipped), shower room and south-facing balcony. Apartment 218 offers a fantastic view over the Seeschifffahrtsstraße. The apartment offers all the comforts for a relaxing vacation with swimming pool, sauna and plenty of fresh North Sea air! For sleeping, there is a niche with a bunk bed in the hallway and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, 2-burner stove, mini oven and microwave.
