Lo que mas me gustó de este alojamiento es lo impecable y limpio que estaba. A pesar de ya tener un tiempo en Airbnb, ¡parecía como si lo hubieran estrenado el día anterior! Yo rechazo los "mejores" airbnbs solo por como luce el baño, es lo primero que veo, pero este esta perfecto. La ubicacion ni se diga, es una de las mejores zonas de Santo Domingo y cerca de todo lo que necesites. Los anfitriones son 1A. Se aseguran de que no te falte nada, son excelentes conversadores y te dan recomendaciones de la zona y la ciudad. Tuvieron cortesías extras que no eran su obligación! ***** Lo recomiendo a cualquier viajero, pero a los que se porten bien!

Max was a very responsive and accommodating host. His place was as described. His location is right in the middle of the city, so I appreciated this place had parking and doorman. His home was also larger than expected.

Andre es muy buen anfitrion!! Y muy amable y amigable. La propiedad es muy linda y es tal cual esta en la fotos!! Me senti como en casa! Andres fue de mucha ayuda con su guia de restaurante y supermecardos, Con instruciones clara. Mis hijos e esposa le encanto la propiedad Unos de los mejores airbnb que me eh hospedado en la capital. Cuando vuelva a visitar santo domingo voy a regresar a la propiedad de andres!! 100% lo recomiendo a todos!! Gracias Andres por todo!!

Lovely stay at Suzanne's place in Santo Domingo. The house has a lot of character, and we loved using the small backyard pool to cool off during the hot afternoons. The lack of AC in the main areas was no problem as the apartment catches a nice breeze, and the AC in the bedrooms works well. Our son enjoyed sleeping on the loft bed in the living room. I will echo what others have said - the stairs situation is not to be underestimated. We were there with our four kids (9, 7, 3 and 2) and the two little ones were not allowed to go up or down the stairs unsupervised. They are very steep and uneven, as well as lack proper railings - so even for adults, just make sure you pay attention to this and if you have mobility problems, maybe not the right place. For us, we loved it! Great communication from the hosts and super friendly. Walkable to many restaurants and the downtown. Highly recommend this place!

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Excelente estadía......no nos queríamos ir. La pasamos muy bien nos sentimos como en casa y todo estaba bien equipado no faltó nada. Excelente atenciones de el anfitrión!

I loved how easy it was to communicate with the host anytime I had a question about anything. The place is lovely, It’s exactly just for one person or a couple that wants to get away for a bit. Loved that I was able to cook and clean just how I do it back home and just enjoyed being there. I would say, it’s not as big as i usually like the apt to be like but it was still cozy and nice.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

Where do I even begin? This was cream de la crème — one of the few places I’ve ever rated 5 stars. Let’s start at check-in: I had an early flight and messaged Wendy, and she said no problem. Walked in to a handwritten thank-you note and—yep—cold Presidentes waiting. The attention to detail here is next level. A makeup towel? I don’t even wear makeup but still appreciated it. Toiletries were stocked, the furniture was super comfortable, and the balcony? Unreal. The neighborhood is walkable with restaurants, shops, and a colmado right across the street. This is by far my favorite Airbnb. Now I see why it’s so highly reviewed.

Serge was super responsive and far too kind. His place was as described and super comfy. The staff were super friendly. I loved my stay and would definitely run it back.

Me encantó mi estancia en el departamento. Mi segunda vez y como la primera, todo excelente. Voy seguramente por la tercera cuando vuelva a Santo Domingo. Igual a las fotos y a todos los buenos comentarios. Se los recomiendo sin dudas.
