House vacation rentals in Santo Domingo de Guzman

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern, convenient house. Manuel was a truly great host - friendly, communicative, and prompt to respond to any issue. I really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the house and get inside. We loved the small plunge pool/ hot tub, as well as the roof terrace, and the location was great for walking to lots of restaurants and shops in the colonial zone. Thank you for a great stay in Santo Domingo!

Great walkable location in Zona Colonial. Well outfitted with AC units and washer/dryer, as well as other comforts. Very well decorated, and the pool was a nice touch to have when the weather got warm. The host was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Santo Domingo.

A very nice place especially the pool area which has plenty of furniture for entertaining. Clean house in a secure area.

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

I loved how easy it was to communicate with the host anytime I had a question about anything. The place is lovely, It’s exactly just for one person or a couple that wants to get away for a bit. Loved that I was able to cook and clean just how I do it back home and just enjoyed being there. I would say, it’s not as big as i usually like the apt to be like but it was still cozy and nice.

Fanny's place was exactly what I was looking for. It was quiet, calm and spacious. The terrace upstairs and the courtyard were nice additions. There is a colmado (corner store) next door and the apartment is only a few blocks from the main tourist area. I highly recommend booking. I was fortunate enough to have met the host and I feel even more secure in my decision to stay here because she is extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend booking.

Safe place, very attentive host.

My husband and I enjoyed Oscar's lovely home very much. The home is spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hot water was fantastic. The kitchen is well equiped and we were able to cook dinner there. The washer and dryer were very convenient. UberEats is available for restaurant and grocery delivery. Oscar's home and gardens are very peaceful and beautiful. There are so many birds in the garden and we really enjoyed watching them as we sat on the patio near the pool, and while lounging on the swing and reclining patio chairs. We also enjoyed the easy 20 minute walk to the Botanical Gardens entrance near the Japanese Garden. Oscar's home is so perfect for bird watchers and urban nature lovers like us! We highly recommend Oscar's home!

Very good accommodation, comfortable, cozy, clean, tidy, very close to the pier, you can walk there without a problem. Marian was super friendly and attentive. There were quite a few mosquitoes, but it's a matter of going prepared. The only recommendation I would make is to check that the washer and dryer are not a bit damaged. Everything else 10 out of 10

This is the 3rd time I've stayed and they are always very attentive, many things nearby such as a supermarket, grocery stores, places to eat, nightclub. Anyway, it's always nice to stay in this place

The accommodation is very well-located in the colonial area. Quiet and close to the center. The equipment is quite satisfactory. Nothing is missing. A big thank you to Virginia for her friendly and warm welcome. i recommend this place. The most.. Small grocery store, cafeteria and takeout next door.

Juan’s place is a hidden gem in the heart of the Zona Colonial. Everything is within walking distance, making it the perfect spot to explore the area. The Airbnb is well-equipped and features a lovely patio in the back—ideal for relaxing. Even on hot days, the space stays relatively cool, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a truly restful retreat

Justin’s place is one of a kind- exactly as pictured- beautiful, airy, artistic, centrally located and the historic sights easily walkable with great food all right there. We visited over the holidays with late night street parties, music and dancing. So fun- if not conducive to good nights sleep- but well worth it! Hosts went out of their ways to accommodate our needs especially allowing late checkout because we had a sick family member who was able to stay behind and rest while we grabbed a last meal. Highly recommended!!
