House vacation rentals in Santo Domingo de Guzman

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern, convenient house. Manuel was a truly great host - friendly, communicative, and prompt to respond to any issue. I really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the house and get inside. We loved the small plunge pool/ hot tub, as well as the roof terrace, and the location was great for walking to lots of restaurants and shops in the colonial zone. Thank you for a great stay in Santo Domingo!

Una casa familiar, donde nos sentimos literalmente como invitados en la casa de amigos. Diseño colonial, decorado con gusto. Muy acogedor Las camas muy cómodas. No se oían ruidos, ni de tráfico, ni de bares, ni de vecinos, era cómo un oasis. La cocina muy completa. Agradecíamos muchísimo que hubiera café, aceite, muchos condimentos y básicamente todo que uno tiene en su casa 🤩🤩

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

I loved how easy it was to communicate with the host anytime I had a question about anything. The place is lovely, It’s exactly just for one person or a couple that wants to get away for a bit. Loved that I was able to cook and clean just how I do it back home and just enjoyed being there. I would say, it’s not as big as i usually like the apt to be like but it was still cozy and nice.

2nd time staying and even better this time. central location and convenient. we will be back :)

Fanny's place was exactly what I was looking for. It was quiet, calm and spacious. The terrace upstairs and the courtyard were nice additions. There is a colmado (corner store) next door and the apartment is only a few blocks from the main tourist area. I highly recommend booking. I was fortunate enough to have met the host and I feel even more secure in my decision to stay here because she is extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend booking.

What a lovely place to stay! Super safe and quiet. Solomon was really helpful as a host. Excellent value for money and a very peaceful location. If I come back to the DR I will definitely be staying again.

La propiedad ofrece todas las garantías de 1- seguridad 2- higiene y limpieza 3- buen confor 4- buena zona y con elegantes restaurantes a su alrededor 5- mi familia y yo pasamos unos días bonitos, en buen lugar y confort, me gustaría recomendárselos si es que les gusta disfrutar de nuevas y mejores emociones.

Es la 3era vez que me quedo y siempre son muy atentos, muchas cosas cerca como Supermercado, colmados, sitios para comer, discoteca. en fin siempre es agradable quedarme en este lugar

Le logement de Virginia est très bien situé vraiment tout proche du parque colon , et autres sites touristiques , un petit restaurant dominicain est juste à côté ainsi qu un colmado , et une jolie place. Le logement est très propre et ne manque de rien, Virginie par ailleurs est attentionnée et disponible pour toutes questions

Justin’s place is one of a kind- exactly as pictured- beautiful, airy, artistic, centrally located and the historic sights easily walkable with great food all right there. We visited over the holidays with late night street parties, music and dancing. So fun- if not conducive to good nights sleep- but well worth it! Hosts went out of their ways to accommodate our needs especially allowing late checkout because we had a sick family member who was able to stay behind and rest while we grabbed a last meal. Highly recommended!!
