There's 24-7 security downstairs that will allow you entrance. This unit also has an elevator in the building, and indoor parking was also available. The apartment is located in a quiet, safe area. This unit has excellent hot water and an extra bathroom. You can use the PedidosYa app for food and local deliveries. Book now because this is a sought-after area.

Normal has been my host for over a year now. she's the best as of thus. I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Santo Domingo. she is kind, understanding and very responsive.

Staying at Casa Erzulie in Zona Colonial was such a treat! The place was super cozy, cool, and had such a nice vibe with its beautiful decoration. After days of traveling, it was amazing to have some quiet time here, yet still be so close to everything. I loved starting my mornings with a walk on the Malecón, which is just 2 minutes away, and even got to catch the sunrise—absolutely stunning! The location is perfect, close to landmarks and great restaurants, so there was always something to do. One of my favorite parts was relaxing by the small pool—it was the perfect way to unwind. And having access to a laundry machine was such a bonus after being on the road for a while. Stephanie’s place really felt like a home away from home, and I’d 100% stay here again!

Wow! Did I say wow yet? Yeah…WOW! This property is second to NONE and is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed with my family. This place is amazing, loaded with beautiful finishes and well stocked to feel right at home! The Patio is the focal point, having ample space for all of my family to find something fun to do, like watching something fun on the large TV, playing chess or just relaxing in the jacuzzi. We loved this home, where it was located and the security we felt while staying there. Kevin was a great host, fast with his responses and always helpful. We absolutely will return to this property. Thank you Kevin!

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Fanny's place was exactly what I was looking for. It was quiet, calm and spacious. The terrace upstairs and the courtyard were nice additions. There is a colmado (corner store) next door and the apartment is only a few blocks from the main tourist area. I highly recommend booking. I was fortunate enough to have met the host and I feel even more secure in my decision to stay here because she is extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend booking.

Great location, very secure, gated entrance to the complex. Excellent comunication with the host. Clean apartment. TV with Netflix. Grocery stores will deliver just need to make a call. I fully recommend it.

Muy bonito y limpio el estudio! La anfitriona fue muy atenta. Solo nos parecio un poco inconveniente que el baño estuviera separado de la habitacion y no tuviera lavamanos pero a pasar de eso nuestra estadia fue muy cómoda, lo recomiendo!

Loved it and highly recommend Place is very nice and close to zona colonial. You have 2 rooms available as well as dining room and kitchen. There is couple corner stores where you can buy basics and a restaurant where you can have good lunch.

The apartment is well equipped, I was very surprised, very cozy, I felt at home. I had a good time, thank you.
