Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

Elegant and central accommodation located in the heart of a hilly and green landscape, on the borders of Maine (Loir Valley, GR 36), Anjou and Touraine. It is located between Le Mans, Tours and Angers, 250 km from Paris (A11). On a wooded and fenced plot, this house, close to various shops (less than 5 minutes) and a train station (15 minutes), consists of: 2 bedrooms (double bed), 1 bedroom (single bed), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, equipped kitchen, living/dining room, terrace, 1 parking space.

Maison de caractère au coeur d'un parc de 45ha

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

Cottage La Rive du Loir 3km from Zoo de la Flèche

The Gîte "La Rive du Loir" is private (open in 2025), also private swimming pool and not overlooked. Since March 15, 2026, a 4th bedroom is open 10 m from the cottage with its shower, wall-hung toilet, TV... The capacity of the accommodation is therefore 11 people (including 2 with the convertible sofa in the living room). For 2026: Heated swimming pool from March 27 to November 1. Same date for 2027. It is heated to 29°. Gîte overlooking Le Loir located 2.5km from La Flèche Zoo.

Need rest and relaxation? I rent an 80 m2 apartment located on the 1st floor for 4 people. The Château du Lude is a 2-minute walk away. The Zoo de la Flèche is 15 km away and the 24 Hours of Le Mans is 35 km away. The apartment has an equipped kitchen. TV. Bed 140 x 190 180 x 190 memory foam bed. Linens and towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. The apartment is located in Place de l'Eglise. You will be lulled to the sound of the bells from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
