The place is amazing goes far beyond the images, an amazing host represented by Cassio, always very willing to help and also assist in any issue that arose, we will certainly return for more days.

The house is perfect and matches the photos! Super cozy, spacious and airy! The new leisure area of the house was great, all renovated, everything new! Communication with Rosângela was excellent, always answering questions and helping with what was needed. The house is in a great location, close to the main halls of Taperapuan (Axé Mói, Boa Beach and Beat Beach), nearby has a market and pharmacy that meets the needs. For sure when we return to Porto Seguro we will be in the house again. Suggestion: a washing machine, since it is a house on the beach and we use many towels and bedding as well.

We had a great stay at the house, close to the beach, markets,restaurants and pharmacy, whenever we needed assistance were available, pool and amenities of the house are great, we would definitely come back! The only complaint is that the air conditioner and the refrigerator were leaking water and need to be reviewed.

We were very well received at Tatiana's house. It was a privilege to enjoy Arraial in such a beautiful, quiet and safe place. The house is wonderful in addition to being well-equipped and well located. Not to mention Cris that was wonderful!!!

Clean location and easy location. All organized and good instructions. The only detail is the question of pernilongos, as the region is surrounded by forest, increasing the amount of these pernilongos. Easy to solve with an SBP. Perhaps the installation of an air-conditioning in the bedroom, as there are two bedrooms. One has and the other does not. Overall it's a great place to stay. Voltaria for sure.

I only have praise for the accommodation! Daniela was totally helpful and kind, she helped me quickly the whole time until the day of check-in. And I couldn't fail to mention the administrator Vanilda, who showed interest in helping, and was very helpful during the time we stayed… even the residents of the extremely friendly condominium. I felt right at home, very comfortable and wanted to come back again. The house has all the necessary items (iron, hair dryer, blender…) to spend days without worrying about anything, in addition to the charming aesthetics that really match a beach house. If I could, I'd spend hours praising it, really! Also through the review, I want to apologize if as a guest I left anything to be desired at any time. Thank you!!! 🤍

Túlio was absolutely great! He warmly welcomed me and showed me everything in the place, plus gave me lots of caraiva tips. The location is great, close to everything and very quiet. I will definitely be back and stay with them! I highly recommend. Thank you Túlio for everything, vc é incrível!

It was my 3rd time in Porto Seguro and it was definitely the best lodging I stayed with. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment, not to mention the excellent location, my trip was scheduled for the month of January and I had to reschedule in March due to an undertaking I had with my little girl and the Host was very kind and understandable and answered my request. Surely next year we'll be back!

The accommodation is very good, all the utensils we need to use was at your disposal. It is close to markets, pharmacy, snack bars, the beach and Moises' famous path and natural pools without needing a car. Very good for those who want tranquility and rest. Super recommend and still because every day the host Marius would send tips of places to know, eat and have fun.

Apartamento is well located, is very close to the beach and has a good structure. The condominium has a good swimming pool and a family environment, being very suitable for those who value moments in the family. The apartment is well furnished, with a special emphasis on the kitchen, which is very well-equipped. The property is simple but very welcoming and fully matched the description and our expectations. I recommend the accommodation to everyone, as we noticed Valdenir's attention and care when welcoming us and always being available to address any needs.

We had a wonderful stay! The house really is incredible. Everything new, very clean, impeccable, beautiful, very practical and served our family very well (couple and a small child). The common area is also a delight. Large swimming pool, shade, shower, lawn. I have no words to describe how amazing it was. Ana and Sandra are wonderful. We were very well received ♥️ We felt at home and will be back more often for sure!

Perfect House, all organized, Scheylaanswered everything I needed, location close to everything, I hope when I came back to stay in the same place, everything was good.

Location: At the beginning of Santa Cruz de Cabrália, near the highway and also the indigenous "feirinha" (landmark of the first mass in Brazil). Residencial: has a 24-hour gatehouse, always attentive to movement (arrival and departure), very good swimming pool (large and clean). Zeladoria district keeps the place clean and cozy (mowed grass and lighting). Apartment: we went to family (2 adults, 2 teenagers (16 and 14 years old) and one child of 3 years old. Comfortable beds, clean bed and bath linen. Full kitchen and there was also iron iron (it helped us a lot). SMARTV in the living room and air-conditioner in the bedroom and living room. Host: always requests, when we arrive I send a welcome message. When we need to check out after the stipulated period, it answered promptly, as it would not have a new location and available to us or the late departure.

Great apartment, has everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay. Great hosts, they respond quickly whenever they are called.

It is very close to Tuperapuan beach and the main complexes of Porto Seguro, as well as a complete supermarket, restaurants, shops... all within 2 and 3 blocks of the condominium. Patrícia is very attentive and pleasant, answers the messages quickly and makes us have a great stay at her apartment!

The apartment is very good, but my colleagues, who traveled with me, found it very small and cramped. In their opinion, it does not accommodate 6 people well, at most 4, as it only has one bathroom (the double room is not a suite)

We very much enjoyed our stay, cozy place, the super attentive Valéria and very pleasant atmosphere. Location close to the beach, restaurant and markets. The only thing left to be desired was the bathroom, mainly social, because it was a fossa in the city, the stench and the vase clogged very easily. We passed the case to Valeria as responsible. But we highly recommend the stay and certainly in another opportunity, we will come back, because it was TOP⛱️⛱️⛱️
