Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

Die Besucherparkplätze sind leider nicht für Dich reserviert sondern nur für echte Tagesbesucher und nicht Kurzzeitmieter. In der Vergangenheit gab es leider immer wieder Probleme damit.
