Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. A unique house in a stunningly beautiful setting in the heart of Bohuslän with an incredible view of the sea and the Väderöarna islands in the southwest. Enjoy watching the sea and the weather change shape. Here you are sitting on the first floor and can enjoy watching the beautiful sailboats pass in the fairway through Havstenssund. The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. In Havstenssund, you get a genuine and relaxing experience of Bohuslän.

The outdoor toilet with lighting and water, has guaranteed Sweden's most beautiful view. Outdoor shower with hot water protected from view. Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

60-square-meter cottage with private beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
