Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The house is located in a living agricultural village where the cows graze in the pasture next door and the farmer cultivates his land. Hamburgsund, Bovallstrand, Fjällbacka, Grebbestad and Smögen are some of the picturesque coastal communities that you can reach by car in about 20 minutes. A car is a must. Nordens Ark, Havets hus, Vitlycke and the nature reserves Valö, Ramsvik and Tjurpannan are nice destinations nearby. Pet-free and smoke-free! Welcome!

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

In the bay, many boats seek a night port as it is protected by mountains. Here are also beaches. The village offers many varied walking paths along the sea. There are several swimming spots here, both from mountains and sandy beaches. During other times of the year it is quieter. We find pleasure in that too!

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Villa Holmen offers a quiet and natural accommodation, perfect for families and for those looking for relaxation and outdoor life. The house is child-friendly and is secluded with proximity to lake and nature. Boat is available to borrow at no additional cost during the stay (please let us know in advance).
