Cabin vacation rentals in Dillon

Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay the River Retreat cabin. Nicely decorated. Great location with lots of space. It had everything we needed. Big fenced yard that our dog appreciated. The hot tub was great after a long day at the Montana Folk Festival in Butte.

Absolutely loved it, a great place to get away for the weekend! Host was wonderful & super friendly. Will definitely be coming back in the summer

We rented the cabin in the off season. The cabin is owned by a restaurant/bar and the food was excellent. Had a medium sized hiccup with our stay but host and his staff were easy to deal with addressing the issue. The cabin is advertised built in the late 1800’s and that matched the description. There were strong evidence of mice inside the building which was also expected due to the age of the cabin. Building is primarily heated with wood stove and was fun building a fire throughout the stay. The property was quiet and views were excellent. Overall we’d stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay well worth it for a weekend snowboarding trip. We saved so much money and time by staying here. The private hot tub was great after a long day on busy slopes. Elkhorn is just down the road but is often busy this time of year.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Canyon Lodge! We met up with a group of our family members to celebrate Easter and the house (with the added on room) was a perfect fit for 10 adults and 4 littles. The kitchen was stocked really well and there was even an instant pot! All of us having our own bathrooms was such a nice feature and we loved the large enclosed hot tub! We hiked around the back of the property and enjoyed all of the open space (as did our dogs!) Chelcy was very responsive and great to work with and we hope to be back to visit again!

Silver Star ranch was exactly what we needed. It was private and peaceful and a great place to launch two weeks of exploring from. we hit the tobacco root mountains, Virginia, Nevada, and Bannack ghost towns (Nevada & Bannack were our favorites), pioneer scenic byways and scouted dozens of off grid camping sites for next year in the various national forest. For pets, one thing to be aware at the cabin is are the prickly bears (small cactus)... bothered our German shepherds feet some. Local vet in Sheridan was great and gave us a spray to toughen pads while we were out. it really helped. We climbed the area behind the cabin too...good workouts each morning. Jim was a great host and easy to talk to. Thanks Jim!

Fantastic place to stay and I will definitely book again next year. The host was flexible when we had a last minute timelime change and we were able to book an extra day for an early check-in with a little back and forth between Evolve, AirBnB, and the property owner.

this place is even better than the pictures! quiet, beautiful and Ryan was awesome! it is a little tricky to get to location, the road is rough but if you take it slow, you'll get there in no time! Would stay again!

Our stay at the Bunk House cabin was phenomenal. Coming from the Seattle area, the quiet was remarkable. We could hear the owls, crickets and babbling creek near by at night. The lawn areas was large and we played outdoor games with our grandkids. During the heat of the day, the cabin was cool, and sleeping was easy, comfortable. Just amazing to have stayed there! We enjoyed the Victorian Ball - what a ball! - and local attractions in Virginia City and Ennis. What a memorable vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. The place is just as Colleen described. We felt right at home and were able to relax, eat some great food and enjoy some family time. We would love to come back!

Just what I was looking for...a place to relax after a hard day's fishing...steaks on the grill... sitting outside at sunset...and YouTube...to watch fishing videos...my new favorite cabin in Montana!!!

Tom is a wonderful host! The cabin is clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed and it was nice to use the grill for some meals. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Tom is very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Wi-Fi is great for working remotely. The cabin stays cool on hot days and the heater works great for colder days. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin and host.

The hosts of this property are doing things right. First off you’re not going to find a mountain cabin in the Rocky’s on a lake and river with a quiet restaurant across the street like this anywhere. It’s not a huge space only 2 bedrooms and three beds plus a couch in the living room so if you’re needing to sleep 15 people it will be worth it to bring tents for 11 of them because this property has a yard that encircles the cabin and rises over 8000’ above sea level in every direction. I don’t know if you can actually sleep in the yard in a tent but If they let you then it’s well worth it. House was easy to enter and fully stocked with anything you need to feel at home right away. The heat was on for us and instructions were clear and easy. Joe never missed a beat communicating with us and was out in front of any question we could’ve had. The information book they have prepared for their guests itself is enough for a 5 star rating. Great job!! Thank you.

Sara was an incredible host. Truly the most beautiful airbnb I have ever stayed in!! It is the perfect combination of vintage with all of the modern necessities. The house was squeaky clean. The personal touches she added such as farm fresh eggs, a hand written personalized card, and homemade epsom salt made you feel right at home. It is evident that Sara genuinely cares about her guests and wants to ensure we have the best experience possible! Such an amazing experience all around!! She even went out of her way to capture a few really special moments for my husband and I 💐 📸 🎞️ Can’t recommend this stay and host enough!

The cabin was more than expected. It was so clean and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and private. It was fun to walk the property in search of animals. The kitchen had everything needed to make a great dinner. The upstairs porches were nice to sit on in the evening watching for animals. I highly recommend this rustic yet very comfortable cabin.

Only used the space for sleeping. Would love to go back when it’s warmer and stay a bit longer.
