You need to read the directions or you will miss the turn (especially at night) but as long as you’re looking for it it’s easy to see. Don’t forget to close the gate behind you. The area was very calm and the horses are friendly.

Magnolia Manor was a great choice for our group who were in the area for a wedding. Everyone had their own space but plenty of room to eat together and relax in the lounge. Only made one meal but the kitchen was well stocked for a large group.

We absolutely loved this property! The setting was perfect, with peaceful fishing ponds on one side and cows grazing in the pasture on the other. The farmhouse-style decor was beautifully done, and it made the space feel so cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed, including trash bags, laundry soap, and coffee—thankfully, since we forgot to pick those up when we went grocery shopping. The bathrooms even had shampoo and conditioner, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated the extra amenities, like the fishing poles, BBQ grill, and chairs by the pond. It was the perfect private and tranquil getaway. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a unique place to stay in Latta, this is the place. It has a wonderful layout with lots of wonderful antiques. It’s big enough for two couples to stay and have their own bedroom and bathroom. It’s easy to get to local wedding venues.

Danny's house was nice, very homey.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient location to visit with family. The river and outdoor fire pit were a great addition!

The Brooks's home was absolutely amazing!! The room was comfortable, quiet, and peaceful! The animals were all welcoming and excited to see us. Treats were available to give to the cows, donkeys, horses, and alpaca. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We will definitely be back!!
