The apartment can accommodate 3-4 people. It is located near the A45 in the sports area of Haiger Sechshelden. In our region you can enjoy nature on foot or by bike on the long hiking trails of the Rothaarsteig. A trip to Dillenburg (5 minutes away by car) is worthwhile to explore the Wilhelmsturm and its well-preserved casemates as well as the Villa Grün and the Hessian State Stud Farm. 'IM PFERDESTALL' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the Mühlenanwesen. It used to be a stable. (Be sure to check out my other apartment, 'Scheunen-Loft', too.) The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people seeking a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat up with the stove. See below.
