It is only 12 km to the Baltic Sea, the idyllic beach in Markgrafenheide. It leads through the forest a converted bike path to the beach. The seaside resort Warnemünde can be reached in about 10 km through a tunnel below the river "Warnow", which flows into the Baltic Sea. The spa town of Graal Müritz can also be reached by bike...

Paula vacation home for 2 people

The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

The two bedrooms can be reached via the open wooden stairs upstairs. In the immediate vicinity, the Bodden landscape invites you to linger, stroll or cycle.

It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our quiet and green, between the Baltic Sea beach in Graal-Müritz and the Fischland/Darß peninsula, approx. 47 square meter apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. The available property is about 3,000 square meters and has a large garden, a playground with swings, sandbox and trampoline. To the north, there are fields and to the east, the pastures of the Bernsteinreiter riding stable.

The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
