Vacation apartment in "Haus Helene"

The "House Helene" in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow was built around 1826, received an extension in the 1930s and was renovated and expanded in 2011/2012. It is located in the heart of the village, approx. a 10-minute walk from both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden with the Wustrow harbor. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living room is open to the lower hallway. The bedrooms are lockable, the kitchen has a door.

Our house is located in Klockenhagen, so to speak at the gateway to Fischland and the Darss peninsula. Here there is plenty of peace, wide views of the green surroundings and a pleasant distance to the tourist crowds of the seaside resorts. By car, you can reach the beach of Neuhaus in 8 minutes. By bike, you can ride half an hour through the Ribnitz Forest and through the moor to the large water. From the window you can watch deer and cranes. Day trips can be started from here in all directions.

The duplex apartment "Ausguck" for 2-3 people is located on the upper floor directly under the roof of the old captain's house Dade. The slopes and old wooden beams give the open living space on two floors a special charm. Through the windows on the gable and in the roof, the apartment is bright and friendly. Vacation apartment "Alte Büdnerei 19" Dierhagen

Today located at Lindenstraße 18 Dierhagens, the "Büdnerei No. 19" of my family has always been there. In 1853, the original house was lost in a major fire in the village. The Grand Duke of Mecklenburg immediately granted the residents of Dierhagen special loans to rebuild their farms. In 2022, I began to renovate the old family home from scratch. The apartment on the upper floor was lovingly designed with new timber framing and the old hand-stroke bricks from the 1850s.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.
