It is located in the heart of the village, approx. a 10-minute walk from both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden with the Wustrow harbor. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living room is open to the lower hallway. The bedrooms are lockable, the kitchen has a door.

Today located at Lindenstraße 18 Dierhagens, the "Büdnerei No. 19" of my family has always been there. In 1853, the original house was lost in a major fire in the village. The Grand Duke of Mecklenburg immediately granted the residents of Dierhagen special loans to rebuild their farms. In 2022, I began to renovate the old family home from scratch. The apartment on the upper floor was lovingly designed with new timber framing and the old hand-stroke bricks from the 1850s.

Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. The Oldendorfer Tannen (forest area) begins directly behind the house, and the Warnow immediately follows. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Parking spaces for cars and a shelter with seating in the courtyard are provided.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. The romantic apartment "Bugkabine" for two people is located on the raised ground floor of the old captain's house Dade. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home.
