Vacation apartment in "Haus Helene"

The "House Helene" in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow was built around 1826, received an extension in the 1930s and was renovated and expanded in 2011/2012. It is located in the heart of the village, approx. a 10-minute walk from both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden with the Wustrow harbor. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living room is open to the lower hallway. The bedrooms are lockable, the kitchen has a door.

Vacation apartment "Alte Büdnerei 19" Dierhagen

Today located at Lindenstraße 18 Dierhagens, the "Büdnerei No. 19" of my family has always been there. In 1853, the original house was lost in a major fire in the village. The Grand Duke of Mecklenburg immediately granted the residents of Dierhagen special loans to rebuild their farms. In 2022, I began to renovate the old family home from scratch. The apartment on the upper floor was lovingly designed with new timber framing and the old hand-stroke bricks from the 1850s.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The romantic apartment "Bugkabine" for two people is located on the raised ground floor of the old captain's house Dade. The open living area with large corner sofa, dining table and kitchenette is characterized by high ceilings and large wing windows overlooking the linden trees, the rose garden and the cobblestones of the historic Salzstraße. The bedroom and the adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet are quietly located in the rear area facing the garden.

The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
