Onze studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen een winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants is om de hoek. Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Je kunt ook een fiets huren voor 15,- euro per dag.

Hoi, wij zijn Cees en Cathalijne, en bieden onze bovenverdieping met veel plezier aan. Het appartement ligt in Centrumeiland, een nieuwe wijk in Amsterdam. Op loopafstand zijn winkels, supermarkten, terrasjes, restaurants en het strand! Het appartement heeft een woonkamer met pantry, 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer en 2 balkons. Direct achter de gedeelde voordeur is de trap naar boven naar het appartement: deze is apart van de rest van het huis. Wij wonen zelf beneden, dus je hebt veel privacy.

Tijdens je verblijf in ons huis vind je rust in alle drukte. De woning is ruim opgezet en heeft een grote tuin, waar je ook als het regent lekker kan zitten. Ons huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Amsterdam. Binnen een kwartier sta je op het Leidseplein en loop je over de grachten. terwijl het huis zich in een hele rustige en kindvriendelijke buurt bevindt. De woning is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. De begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn helemaal nieuw en klaar voor gebruik.

The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.

Après avoir séjourné plus de 4 mois chez Sven, je recommande son logement les yeux fermés ! En effet, la maison est idéale de part son emplacement proche de Amsterdam et son calme. Vous pouvez vous rendre facilement en ville avec le tram ou alors avec le métro à quelques minutes à pied. La maison est en parfait état avec tous les éléments nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour et profite d’un bel extérieur qui donne sur un lac relaxant. Sven est un super hôte qui s’occupera bien de vous, reste très réactif en cas de besoin et est très arrangeant ! Le quartier est très calme et résidentiel, vous trouverez des supermarchés et autres à quelques minutes à pieds. Je recommande +++

La maison de Martine est située à 30’ de la gare centrale dans un quartier très vert, très calme. La grande terrasse donne sur un canal, atmosphère bucolique et très dépaysante… Le charme de la campagne au bord de la ville. Martine est très bien organisée et ses informations très précises. Accueil parfait. Les 3 chambres sont confortables. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir. Très recommandé

We stayed in Annika's place for 4 nights. It is a bit outside the city center of Amsterdam but easily reachable with a bus and tram. Annika's place was very comfortable and it was a nice place to unwind after spending time in Amsterdam. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Annika and Bart are very friendly and were helpful with suggestions and were very quick to respond to our messages. The big plus is that the reservation comes with a parking spot which is not so easily available in Amsterdam. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Amsterdam the next time.

Ozzy’s place is a gem. The apartment is spotless, beautifully designed and incredibly well located. The train is quite literally at the door, which made getting around so easy. It’s in a part of the city that gives you a feel for local life…not too far from the center, but just far enough to avoid the overly touristy vibe. I loved that balance! The space itself is full of thoughtful touches, both calming and eclectic. It’s easy to see how much care has gone into creating it :) And then there’s Ozzy himself. A truly wonderful host. It’s easy to see why he has so many glowing reviews. He’s kind, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, with a calm energy and personality that puts you at ease right away. What made this trip even more special were the conversations we had…thoughtful, funny and unexpectedly grounding. I left this place not only well rested but v inspired. Ozzy and the space both have a way of staying with you... Highly recommend, and I hope to return.

Mark is an exceptional host and a great person. The house was like walking into design/art fairytale and it was maintained so incredibly well. Everything was so well-maintained, carefully curated and well-placed. Truly a beautiful experience to stay there.
