Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Je kunt ook een fiets huren voor 15,- euro per dag.

Je kunt gebruik maken van een waterkoker en koffiezet automaat en een koelkastje. Er is gratis koffie, thee, suiker en kruiden aanwezig. Je zult je hier gelijk thuis voelen!

Tijdens je verblijf in ons huis vind je rust in alle drukte. De woning is ruim opgezet en heeft een grote tuin, waar je ook als het regent lekker kan zitten. Ons huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Amsterdam. Binnen een kwartier sta je op het Leidseplein en loop je over de grachten. terwijl het huis zich in een hele rustige en kindvriendelijke buurt bevindt. De woning is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. De begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn helemaal nieuw en klaar voor gebruik.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.
