Here you will find trendy cafés, restaurants and bars, cool stores and several nightclubs. Grocery stores, a park and the Limmat river all are reachable within 5 minutes by foot. Public transport (bus, tram and train station Hardbruecke) are close by within a few minutes walking distance.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
