We had a very pleasant weekend. Akbük was a very quiet and calm place. The air was also very clean and soft. We would also like to thank our host Mr. Yiğit, he welcomed us very warmly and helped us during our stay. The house was very tidy and convenient, we had everything we needed. We were especially happy with the filter coffee:) We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the house, the bathrooms-sheets everything was sparkling clean. If we come to Idim again, we would like to stay at Mr. Yiğit's house again.

Mr. Rabi and Ms. Hatice were extremely understanding, kind and helpful about everything about the house, the house was immaculate, very useful and peaceful. The garden/balcony pleasure in figs, olives, bougainvillea, pomegranate, mimosa trees were beautiful, the terrace with a view on the upper floor was beautiful, the location was very central. When I come to Akbuk, I even don't even look for another house, and thank you for being pet-friendly.

Hello, our week-long home adventure with a pool was amazing. First of all, the fact that the house has a camera and an alarm system gave us a separate assurance. The fact that all rooms have air conditioning was very good for hot days. Having a pool was tremendous and very pleasant for parents and children. It was very important to have daily pool cleaning. It was a different beauty for us to have water in the kitchen. Also, it was a happy situation for us that Ms. Banu was always answering our questions.I hope we could not give the same pleasure.

Our stay at this Airbnb facility was absolutely fantastic! The facility was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, which immediately gave us a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The pools were in excellent condition and provided a refreshing cooling on warm days. Another highlight was the direct access to the private beach directly from the complex. It was a real luxury to easily open the door after 2 min. to feel the warm sand between your toes. The tranquility in this place was remarkable, and the high safety standards gave us an additional feeling of serenity. Overall, our stay here was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed the cleanliness and care of the complex, the first-class pools and the amenity to get directly to the private beach. The peaceful atmosphere and the excellent safety measures made our holiday perfect. We can only highly recommend this property!

We stayed 4 nights with our family. Kitchen, toilet, bathrooms, rooms in the villa were sparkling clean. The host was extremely friendly and we would like to thank him for everything.

Perfect Villa in Didim – Highly Recommended! We loved our stay here! The villa is in a peaceful area with friendly neighbors, just a short walk to the beach, and not far from the city center. Supermarket just one street away where we got our freshly baked breads for breakfast every morning! It had everything we needed: air conditioning, Smart TV,washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and fresh linens and towels. The pool was a highlight – always clean and well-maintained. Everything was easy and well-organized. We’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect stay: the villa is beautiful, impeccable, spacious and fully equipped, with stunning sea views. The reality is even better than the pictures. The sauna and hammam allowed us to relax in the evening. The elevator in the house makes it easy to get around. Even though we're relatively young, we've used it. We felt right at home, away from home, during this short stay in Bodrum. My husband and I traveled to Bodrum as a scouting trip, and we will return to the villa with our children and family in August. We were looking for a comfortable and warm environment, capable of accommodating a large group. With its 7 bedrooms and numerous terraces, everyone can enjoy their own space. Tatiana's hospitality was excellent.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ali for his help. We missed our flight and were looking for a place to stay, he helped us immediately. There are 3 rooms in the villa and each room has air conditioning. I was really pleased. There were also kitchen supplies. We were able to shop at the nearby market and cook. See you again! 🙏🏽💙

Great place to stay for groups. Located in a fairly central region with access to all parts of Bodrum. Guven is an amazing host and extremely helpful!

Host was very friendly and always responsive through WhApp or IG if there were any problems or whenever we needed recommendations (i.e. a good Hamam). The house was very beautiful with identical looking neighboring houses. The pool quality was out of this world. Slightly salty and very little chlorine which meant you could open your eyes under water without straining your eyes. By far the best pool I've been in. The house is some distance away from the closest beach so a rental car is definitely recommended.

Our stay at Arya's stunning Bodrum villa was incredibly delightful. As a family of six, including a child, we sought a comfortable place to unwind, and this villa surpassed all expectations. From the start, Arya proved to be an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She even helped arrange transportation and offered personalized recommendations for local dining and beaches, elevating our experience. Arya's quick responses and proactive attitude swiftly resolved any issues we faced, showcasing her dedication. Despite being an hour away from marinas, the villa's serene location made the distance insignificant. In summary, Arya's villa in Bodrum is an excellent choice for a rejuvenating getaway, with its beautiful setting, superb host, and tranquility leaving us with cherished memories and gratitude.

The house, the garden and especially the pool were great. We just kept the pool floor of the house. If another large chair is added to the living room of the pool floor, I can say that the pool floor was quite enough for 7 people. (There are also 4 bedrooms on the pool floor, apart from the kitchen and the living room.) The garden was large and well-maintained. I think the spaciousness and spaciousness of the garden is an important factor for families with children to choose this place. Also, the trees next to the house next door and the house in the back that provide privacy are well thought out. It needs a second paragraph to mention the pool. It was nicer and bigger than it looked in the photos. When you swim in the pool, it was great to be able to see the beach, the sea and the island of Samos, albeit remotely. This view from the hot tub, which you climbed with the steps inside the pool, was getting even better. There were no shortcomings and negatives of a team: 1- According to the information provided by the host, the villa uses the vegetable water of Kusadasi. Although we do not use this water in eating and drinking and cooking, we are talking about a taste of water that will make you feel like a duck while taking a shower. The host stated that they would solve this problem by opening a well belonging to the house next season. 2- The internet service provider of the house is very close. We could not have much trouble this the day that the phones had their own lines of 30-50 GB internet and 4G speeds. Unfortunately, the 4Gs of the phones did not work due to the location of the house. The host said they would be sure to resolve this issue. I would like to say that we are satisfied with the host's mature acceptance of the problems and their prompt, kind communication at the entrance to the house. If two problems are solved during our holiday next season, this villa will definitely be one of the first options we will look at.

Waqar was a wonderful host and the villa was everything we needed it was just perfect. Waqar was on hand and very responsive if we needed him. The villa is in a lovely spot very clean and easily accessible. We will most definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you waqar

It was a very nice home and the host was very helpful

We had a wonderful time at the villa in Türkbükü! The house is lovingly furnished and super equipped – there was nothing missing. The terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea over olive trees was our favorite place. At the beginning of April, the weather was initially rainy, but cozy thanks to the heating air conditioning. After that it got sunny and warm – we could even swim in the sea. The wifi was stable and fast. Özlem was warm, helpful and always easily accessible and gave us super tips for restaurants and excursions. Although the swimming pool on the nearby beach was not yet fully built, we were allowed to use it – and actually had the beautiful beach all to ourselves! The peace and nature were fantastic. The value for money is absolutely right. We would definitely come back!

A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. Finally, it's a quiet place away from the noise. Thank you so much for following the host. See you on another vacation. By the way, I'm glad I'm a member of this system.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

This is one of the best homestays I stay.First of all the location of the house is very nice, it is only a half hour drive from the national park (there is a very clear beach there) and the two nearest supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk.The host uncle was very friendly and helped us figure it out every time we had a problem.The house is very well equipped for cooking, a TV with a cast screen to watch a movie, the air conditioning is a great job, the best is the pool, it is very clean and cleaned every day.Will stay here again next time!

This year, we stayed at Mr. Mahir's house like last year. Her mother Ms. Nesrin greeted us at the door and even brewed our tea before she arrived. I had the opportunity to have a very enjoyable holiday with my family. This is a place where you can feel like at home. The fact that the complex has a beach amenity for its own use (you need to go down some stairs, you can go half of it with your vehicle if you wish), and its own private pier allows you to meet very clean and clear waters. Thank you for everything, it will be our first choice again next year.
