Çok doğru bir tercih yaptık gerçekten herşey mükemmeldi şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Dört kişilik bir aile olarak gittik bir evde olması gereken herşey mevcuttu havuz tertemiz odalar yataklar pırıl pırıl Kaan Beye de çok teşekkür ederiz bize her konuda yardımcı olduğu için. Görevli arkadaşlar herkes çok güleryüzülüydü. Açıkcası beğenmediğim birkaç şey de yazmak isterdim ama malesef yok :) Huzur dolu keyifli bir tatil oldu bizim için Evinizdeymiş gibi bir tatil yapmak istiyorsanız hiç düşünmeden tercih edebilirsiniz pişman olacagınızı düşünmüyorum.

Arife hanım ve oğlu Kıvanç bey sayesinde harika bir tatil yaptık. Ne yazsam az kalır ama diğer misafirlere yardımcı olacak noktalara değinmek istiyorum. Evde her şey misafirlerin rahatı için düşünülmüş, hiçbir eksik yoktu, hatta her şey fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Mutfakta bulaşık makinesi, mikrodalga fırın ve normal fırının yanı sıra ceviz kıracağı bile vardı :) Mutfakta plastik yerine sağlıklı alternatifler bulduk, çelik çaydanlık ve çelik cezveyle çok rahat ettik. Banyoya kadın ve erkek için ayrı şampuan bırakılmış, saç kremi ve duş jeli bile eksik değildi. Her odada klima ve pervanenin olması dışarıdaki bunaltıcı sıcağı hiç hissettirmiyor. Altınkum'un merkezinde, denizin dibinde, her yere yürüme mesafesinde tatlı dille ve güler yüzle öyle güzel ağırlandık ki, tatilimizi iki gün uzattık ve Arife hanım bu konuda da çok yardımcı oldu, bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Çok zevkli döşenmiş tertemiz bu evi herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Seneye yeniden görüşmeyi diliyoruz :)

Emre Bey’in evinde iki gün ailem ile konakladım, ev çok temiz ve yeni, didim çevresinde daha öncesinde bir çok kez kaldım fakat bu kadar güzel bir eve hiç denk gelmemiştim, zamanım olsaydı uzatmayı bile düşündüm, Altınkum plajına gitmek istiyorsanız biraz yaklaşık yürüyerek bir 15 dakika kadar var yani yeterince yakın, seneye daha uzun bir tatil yapmayı planlıyorum, herkese tavsiye ederim

„Farm stay“ often means just a place on a farm. Not at Dogacan‘s. He‘ll invite you to milk the cow and feed the lambs. He is eager to show you around and answer your questions about the farm. And he is happy to present you with fresh milk and eggs for breakfast. Although he speaks little English, communication is surprisingly easy over the google translate app. I immensely enjoyed just sitting in the yard for a couple hours in the morning and watching the animals go about their day. The bed and linens are comfortable. Dogacan provided wood for the fireplace in the living room. The outdoor kitchen is adequate to prepare meals and the bathroom around the corner has adequate hot water to shower, although you’ll have to stoop if you are over six feet tall. The location is rural, but the wonderful sites of Miletos and the Apollo temple in Didim are within an hour’s drive. The Apollo temple is closed until the end of April but one has an excellent view from a nearby coffee shop.

Location Location Location, on the beach, 4 restaurants 2-3 minute walk, Dolmus station at the top of the road so never a problem getting a seat into town 6-8 minutes away, always exciting for many reasons 😂 the villa has everything you need for a very relaxing time. The beach gets busy from 5.00am and is also very clean, rock free. If you’re thinking of going here, stop thinking & start doing, it’s a fantastic place, sit outside on the big swing seat or relax in the rocking chairs or around the large table. It’s nice and shaded in the afternoon but in the morning, scorching 😎. Although it was our first time in this villa, it won’t be our last. Thanks guys, beautiful home, wonderful location, see you again for sure xx

Die Unterkunft befindet sich sehr zentral mitten in Altinkum nur wenige Meter von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war makellos. Der Wohn-/ Essbereich bietet sogar einen Blick auf das Meer und eines der drei Schlafzimmer verfügt ebenso wie das Wohnzimmer über einen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Einchecken war sehr einfach und das Gebäude in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war 1A! Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr zentral gelegen. Es handelt sich um ein Familienzimmer eines Hotels. In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man bereits mitten in Altinkum mit vielen Cafes und Restaurants und kleinen Shops. Die Infrastruktur ist super und es gibt sogar eine Kooperation mit einem Flughafentransfer, der die Gäste direkt am Hotel abholt. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war ausreichend und es gibt kostenloses Wlan auf dem Zimmer. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top! Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Anlage war absolut fantastisch! Die Anlage war makellos sauber und sehr gut gepflegt, was uns sofort ein Gefühl von Komfort und Entspannung vermittelte. Die Pools waren in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und boten eine erfrischende Abkühlung an warmen Tagen. Ein weiteres Highlight war der direkte Zugang zum privaten Strand direkt von der Anlage aus. Es war ein echter Luxus, einfach die Tür zu öffnen nach 2 min. schon den warmen Sand zwischen den Zehen zu spüren. Die Ruhe an diesem Ort war bemerkenswert, und die hohen Sicherheitsstandards gaben uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl der Gelassenheit. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt hier ein traumhaftes Erlebnis. Wir haben die Sauberkeit und Pflege der Anlage genossen, die erstklassigen Pools und die Annehmlichkeit, direkt zum Privatstrand zu gelangen. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die ausgezeichneten Sicherheitsmaßnahmen haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

İt's awesome sea view for affordable price, lovely nostalgic interior and welcoming hosts. İ strongly suggest this place for frugal travelers. Thanks to Zekeriya and his brother for nice accommodation!

Ev yepyeni ve çok kalabalık olmayan aile veya çiftler için harika. İhtiyaç duyup bulamadığımız herhangi bir şey olmadı. Her türlü elektronik eşya olması gerektiği gibi çalışır haldeydi. Altınkum plajına 6-7 dakikada yürüyebiliyor olmak büyük avantaj. Binanın hemen altında şok market ve karşısında da tekel var o sebeple yorgun olduğunuzda bir şeyler alıp evde vakit geçirmek isterseniz dünya kadar yol gitmenize gerek kalmıyor. Ayrıca eski adı mandala beach olan (şu an zeus beach) yeşilkent tarafındaki yerlere giden dolmuş evin önünden geçiyor, aracınız varsa direk yolu takip edip 7-8 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Emre bey her şeyi organize edip herhangi şhtiyacınızda hozlıca sizinle ilgilenen birisi, dolayısıyla bu saatten sonra didime gideceksem ve burda yer varsa hiç başka biyerleri aramaya uğtaşmam. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir

Ev, konum açısından mükemmel; marketlere ve plaja yürüme mesafesinde. İki oğlumuzla birlikte rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Evdeki eşyalar temiz ve kullanışlıydı, klima da oldukça yeterliydi. Sadece havlu ve saç kurutma makinesi olsaydı daha da iyi olurdu. Ev sahibi iletişimde son derece hızlı ve yardımcıydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

It was a very nice place you stay. I went there with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Only negative thing is there was a bad smell which I think because of moisture. In general the place is very good.

Mekanı kiralarken Selçuk bey ile iletişim halindeydim. Airbnb mesaj kısmından sorularıma hızlı geri dönüşler yaptı. Konaklama mekanına gidince Kaan bey yardımcı oldu. İhtiyaçlarımızı saat fark etmeksizin giderdi. Kendisi iyi bir esnaf. Kibar, konuşkan ve çözüm odaklı birisi. Ayrıca orada çalışan Hasan bey de görevini tam anlamıyla yaptı. Fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz gibi bir mekan. Birkaç eksikleri var çamaşır makinası, ütü gibi. Bunların hepsini 2025 ilkbahara tamamlayacaklarını söylediler. Onlarda eksiklerin farkında. Bütün eşyalar yeniydi ve bakımlıydı. Toplamda 2 klima var. Evi soğutabiliyorlar. Banyoda sıcak su konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Yakınlarda BİM, Carrefour ve Migros var. Ayrıca çok yakında sahil de mevcut. Yürüyerek gidip yüzülebilir. Otelin havuzu 1.70 m boyunda ve temiz. Her gün bakımı yapılıyor. Evlerin balkonları çok geniş. Deniz manzarası gören yerler var. Sabah erken saatlerde çok huzurlu bir ortam oluşuyor. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar gelmek isteriz.
