Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Our place is great for 2-4 guests who prefer privacy AND convenience to airport, d’town, Opry. King bed, 2 Roku TVs, well equipped kitchen and bath, Starbucks coffee, small outdoor patio. This is truly a home away from home that’s safe (alarm/security cameras), away from downtown traffic, private and quiet with lots of Southern charm. 4 min to BNA. 15 min to Opry Mills Mall/Grand Ole Opry , 15 min to downtown.
