I was well satisfied with the experience we had during our visit and will use this Location again when I need a place to bring a friend or family member thanks again. Miss Betty was great and easy to talk to. I guess the only little bit of frustration was trying to find the driveway in. I think the instructions need to be a little more clear. " Take the first road to your Right after you enter the gate" for example. All in highly recomend. Go Betty!!

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was well stocked for anything we needed and very clean! We easily walked to the restaurants, bars, etc. It was the perfect place for our quick business trip and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Nashville!

Everything was clean and perfect for my daughter and her husband on their wedding night. Candice had decorations placed and went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. They said the bed was comfy and the neighborhood was so cute and their stay was very private despite being toward the back of the house. We will definitely be booking this room again for future guests

Donna and Randy were extremely nice hosts. The perfect quiet place to stay in Nashville . They have a beautiful and peaceful backyard space. The interior has really nice updates, with an attention to detail. Definitely will stay here again.

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very light and spacious. Walkable to Broadway, the Gulch, and easy Uber/Lyft to and from the other locations around town. Very comfortable beds. The bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with everything one could need for a few-night stay. What wasn't there, they kindly provided. They were very responsive to everything we needed. We had a few issues, and they were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again if I return to Nashville for a visit. Thank you, Julia and Andrew.

Rachel was a fantastic host, easy check in process & had a little chalkboard in the kitchen with some great recommendations based on distance from the airbnb. the place was nice and cozy for my 2 friends and i & a memory foam mattress topper was provided for the pull out couch. overall a great place to come back to after a night on broadway :)

Excellent place! Fresh smell as soon as you walk in the door! Super clean and beautiful. Loved having two full bathrooms. All the amenities!! Exactly as described. Amanda was amazing and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was in perfect location for the wedding venue that my sister in law was getting married at. The house is beautiful and open, which we loved. Family members where able to come by and visit as they wanted. We had 1 10 lb and 1 15 pound 2 year old puppies and they had a blast. Come sit a spell on the beautiful porch swings, you wont regret it!

Carol Ann was a great host! The river house was beautiful and everyone was able to catch a fish or two. Our family enjoyed it for Memorial Day weekend. The outdoor pavilion was great because the weather was spotty. The fire pit was nice and there was some fire starting wood there for us. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful riverfront getaway. The Buffalo River is close only a 12 minute drive and you can book through bones, kayaking, and camp. We will definitely be back!

We had the best time! We spent a single day and night there but I have to say how PERFECT everything was. There were a lot of fun things to do and it literally was the perfect place for us. They were always answering quickly and made us feel like at home. We definitely hope to go back! The house itself is spotless and it has everything you might need, if I could give it a 100 I would 🩵

Bill’s place was exactly as described, and as the pictures showed. It was comfortable and clean for our family of four, which included two young adult children. We liked that there were comfortable beds for everyone, and a common space to relax in. The back porch was spacious and peaceful and lovely. Although it’s on a main road, we were not bothered by noise at night, other than the sound of the frogs and the crickets, which was lovely. The home was very clean and easy to find. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

I have to honestly say this place was great! Very clean comfortable with all the amenities. I definitely would recommend this place. Very lovely home and very peaceful and safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed it. Thank you, Matthew!

This was everything it was advertised to be. We were very happy with it and the price was better than staying at a motel for 6 people. Anastacia was so helpful in offering to return a lost earring she found. We loved the large dining table for 8 and the quiet back porch seating. It completely served our needs, all the place could could use are a couple boxes of tissues!

We absolutely loved staying here. An hour to Nashville and there’s quite a bit to do locally as well. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery and convenience stores. We had one issue (self induced). Justin responded quickly answering my question/concern and provided easy to follow instructions to fix the issue I caused. We could not have asked for a better host.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Very responsive host and was exactly as described! Busy weekend before Memorial Day holiday and Friday night was louder than the week days but that’s expected. My kiddos said it was the best trip they’ve been on experiencing downtown Nashville. Location was perfect for walking the city all within a reasonable distance too.

Great place to relax in Nashville! Very nice rooftop deck that sets the scene of a Nashville sunset with the city skyline!! We love this place!!

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

Our stay was wonderful. Had to have a big surgery in Nashville and Jessica’s pit was the perfect place to recover and recharge before heading home. It was beautiful, peaceful, and such a great location. This was one of my first times using an AirBnB and i couldn’t have asked for a better location or host. She is very kind, responsive, and even did a load of our laundry when we ran out of clean clothes. Absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back.

This is the perfect place to stay! Great location, away from the noise but close enough to walk to restaurants, Broadway and other local attractions. The pool was one of the highlights. Abigail was a great host. Extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything needed. Highly recommend.
