Vacation rentals with a patio in Dickinson County

This was the perfect place for our Okoboji stay. It was so beautiful and the perfect set up for our family of 6. It was very relaxing to sit on the deck and a very short walk to the water park. It was also such an easy place to get to and easy to get inside. We visit Okoboji every summer and will definitely stay again!

Our host, Matt, made check in/check out instructions clear and concise. We really enjoyed our stay in Okoboji. This Airbnb was stunning and impeccably clean. The condo was right next to the lake and included breathtaking views of sunsets with boats passing by. Our host, Matt, was quick to respond to our messages. We would give Matt and this lakefront condo a 10 out of 10.

We had a great time in this condo. It was a great space for a small extended family getaway with 5 adults and 2 kids. I wish we had more time to enjoy some of the other things in the Okoboji area!

The place was wonderful! It was centrally located on the property and everything was within a few minute walk. Great view of the lake and the fire table was a nice add for the chilly nights. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The kids loved the bunk beds, which was a huge bonus!

The place was comfortable, lovely, and just a great place to be. It was pretty quiet above and below us which was awesome, made it more enjoyable for our dogs. Also a bonus that it was close to the elevator and stairwell, made for easy entry and exits! Had one parking spot for sure by the garage and also plenty of parking in the general area. Great green space to take the dogs outside too! The condo had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, plenty of space and washer and dryer. It included passes , we didn’t get to use them with the weather but that’s ok! Overall, a gem of a place!

This is a great condo in a great location for the Arnold’s Park/Lake Okoboji area. Clean, spacious and accommodating condo with clean rooms, bedding and towels. Despite a very busy weekend in the heart of the community, the condo was quiet and felt incredibly private. Highly recommend this property!

Location worked great for us. Plenty of room for two adults. The house well well stocked with supplies needed for cooking. Very clean and comfortable!

Our stay here was amazing!! We had 3 generations ranging from 3 to 75 years old and there was something for everyone and space for all! Little kids loved the hot tub, tweenagers liked their own basement space - everyone lived the dock fishing! Amenities of the house had everything you needed, didn’t know you needed but you wanted! Bikes, kayak and ping pong table were a big hit! Can’t say enough great things about this property, the neighborhood or the hosts - we loved it all!! Thank you!!

This house was even better than the photos and was the perfect stay! Three families with 6 kids under 4 and it was absolutely perfect. The yard is beautiful and walking distance to a super awesome park and splash pad. Less than 10 min drive to beaches. We highly recommend and will be back!!

The Sunshine Shack was amazing. I loved this place!! The house had so many accommodations. All you need to bring is clothing and food. It has everything you would need for cooking, swimming, showering, sleeping, etc. Everything else is already there like your real home. It felt like a home away from home right away. They were very responsive when we had concerns or questions. It is a big house, great place for families or friends, dog friendly, very kid friendly, and loved how there were s’more, fire pit, game boards, enjoyed the sunroom to relax in. Would highly recommend for any stay in Okoboji. So close to all the main attractions as well and beaches. We stayed with a family of 9 and a dog and so roomy and spacious.

The Hosta House was the perfect home away from for my family's quick trip to Okoboji. The entire home is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. All rooms were very clean and spacious. The patio was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the outdoor games & s'mores with my family. The host was extremely kind and so quick to respond. Next time we visit Okoboji we will definitely be staying here. 5/5 stars, much much recommended!

Kelly was an excellent host. She responded immediately to any of our questions. The home is very nicely maintained and appointed with amenities which is very much appreciated. We were in town for my sons wedding and her home was located close to the venue and to where he was staying so it was very convenient for us. It’s also only a 10 min drive to the cute downtown area which had quaint shops. I would definitely recommend!

Super comfortable beds and pillows felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Gina was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. The condo looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Very nice clean peaceful area to stay. Way better option than any of the hotels in town! We'll definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very spacious and clean. Pictures were very accurate. Walkable to waterpark and restaurants. A fabulous place to stay!

Ryan’s place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed with our family of four and had a great time. We were very grateful to have details thought out like providing detergent for the washer and dryer, and soap for the dishwasher. The patio view was amazing in the mornings in the evenings. Great proximity to the water park and restaurants.

It was very close to all the action. We were minutes away from everything we wanted to do and see. The place is beautiful and had tons of kitchen supplies to cook with. We did not have to buy any essentials, they were all provided for us. We had one day that was cold and Allison was very helpful in helping us find things to do. She also gave us good restaurants to try and boat rentals to rent a pontoon. She was extremely helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Absolutely wonderful condo! Ample space for everyone to spread out while still being together. Bedrooms are spacious enough for a PacknPlay(we brought our own, did not see one in the unit), kitchen was large and had more than enough gadgets and Tupperware to cook in and the building and unit were clean and smelled amazing! Views of the lake were perfect for morning coffee but take note of house rules for kiddos on the deck, there are some wider gaps along the railing. Will definitely be back for future trips to Boji!
