Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

I'm from the USA and I lived at Tofu's house for 2 months while working in Hanoi at the hospital. It felt just like home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful and kind when i had a dripping faucet (they replaced it immediately). The place was cozy, quiet, and private. I loved sitting both in the lobby to get work done as well as on the roof with the 5 cats! They became my great friends. Thank you for having me <3

This apartment is very conveniently located. It is about 7-8 minutes walk from Hanoi Opera House. Hanoi Opera House is the center of most tourist attractions and many directions. The apartment is a spacious studio with good design. The facilities are well equipped and secure. There is a washer and dryer in the building. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. Vincom Shopping Center (Bartreet branch) is also 30 minutes walk away. I think it is a better location than the commercialized Old Quarter. You can see and enjoy Hanoi city life from here. Most of all, the host Tracy is very friendly and responsive. Thank you again. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Hanoi again.

Very comfortable stay!! Had everything we needed and though our stay was short, it was lovely. One thing to note is that the kitchen and bathroom are not directly connected to the suite - but that was not an issue for us at all. Overall a wonderful stay and would 10/10 recommend!

Overall a great stay in Hanoi with Chez and family. They were nice, chill, and helpful anytime I needed help with anything. The area is secluded from all the noise you would get around the Old Quarter, but it's close enough to the southern train street area (walking distance). You have nearby restaurants, parks, and convenience stores as well. Overall good choice to stay in, as I was helped out with my Sim Card and given some tips and tricks on places to go to and how to navigate the city. Stayed here for 1 month and recommend to everyone.

The apartment is large and has good quality furniture in it. The location is very good close to everything and is very quiet considering you are a few meters from the train street. There are a few things I didn't like. The gate locking system is crazy. Besides locking your door there is gate you have to lock with a padlock from the outside..very cumbersome and time consuming. Now if you come home after 10 pm the is another gate at the street with chain and padlock which needs to be locked and unlocked from the outside..insane! Also the bathroom floods as the drain is mostly plugged. The toilet is on the side of the shower in a 25 cm wide space..almost impossible to use if you are larger person..I am not large but tall and had a hell of a time.Those are things not explained and never came across any of the reviews..you need to be aware!

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

This is a charming apartment in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. The location is great, and all the main attractions can be reached by foot. The husband is very comfortable, the shower works very well and this is crucial when staying in a hot country like Vietnam! Accessing the flat is by staircase only, and the staircase is a little bit narrow. So those with limited mobility should consider this carefully when booking. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und hat eine super Lage. Während unserer 16-tägigen Vietnam Rundreise war diese Wohnung die schönste, in der wir übernachtet haben. Die Waschmaschine ist super und es gibt die Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen. Das einzige was etwas nervig ist, ist der Wasserboiler der nach der Benutzung der Spülung und Dusche für 2-5 Minuten laute Geräusche macht. Wenn man darüber hinweg sehen kann ist dies die perfekte Unterkunft um Hanoi zu erkunden.

とても滞在しやすい場所です。近くには有名なフォーやブンチャーの店もあり朝からローカルグルメを楽しめます。旧市街にはGrabタクシーを使ってすぐに行けます。部屋には滞在に必要なものは揃っていてワイングラスがあったのは嬉しかったです。洗濯機と乾燥機は共同で使えるものが1階にあります。オーナーとのコミニケーションはすぐに取れるため、色々な事を相談にのってくれます。 9日滞在して最高でした。ハノイに行く時は、また利用させて下さい。

Excellent sejour chez Hong de 3 semaines ! La maison est spacieuse, parfaite pour un sejour a deux (grande chambre avec king size bed, salon au 2eme etage pour des aperitifs, grande douche au 2eme etage). Cetait tres propre dans son ensemble. Maison calme le plus souvent car a l'abri dans une petite rue. Safe. Grande reactivite de Hong et accueil chaleureux, nous sommes restés en contact tout au long du sejour pour discuter des bons plans ou des conseils niveau transport etc. A 15min maximum du vieux quartier en taxi, 30min a pied. Nous n'avons que tres peu utilisé la cuisine par contre, un peu compliqué a l'étranger avec du materiel different, et finalement moins cher de diner dans la rue... Merci beaucoup Hong, nous y retournerions sans hesiter !!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für lange Aufenthalte. In meinen fünf Monaten hier habe ich mich wie zuhause gefühlt! Durch die Security fühlt man sich gleich sicher, und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Trang ist immer da, wenn man was braucht, und kümmert sich schnell um Fragen. Ich würde diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

I can't commend enough of Huy's place. It's got everything I need, and more. It is even better than the pictures. One minute there is the lake; around it and through the alleys one is able to walk in peace, and get to a shop or a place without having to worry too much about motorbikes. Try decoding the alleys; it is fun. For those who complained about being "so close" to other houses, you might as well not come to Vietnam. And quite honestly, from a local perspective, Huy's place is not too close to the neighbors at all. Should one like to be outside without going outside, the balcony already offers a pleasurable vantage point, a nicely tucked smoke spot, from which one is able to see staples of Hanoi living, if not occasionally be awarded some peculiar details, but there's more: a roof terrace awaits you where you can sit and look at a good part of the town all day long without being seen. If I ever visit Hanoi again I will not hesitate to choose Huy's place again.

Great location to Hà Nội nightlife, very walkable to really anything you could need. Ms. Dzung was a very responsive and helpful host. She provided very clear instructions on how to access the unit. It was very easy to find right next door to bar. I enjoyed drinking my tea every morning in the open air kitchen space and the red light lamp in the loft. We were very comfortable for our week stay. Plenty of towels and toiletries were available for use. If you sensitive to noise or looking for a super luxurious experience— this isn’t the place for you. You will hear music from the local night life and families and children living their lives from time to time. This didn’t bother us at all or keep us up, but worth mentioning. We LOVED walking down the alley, it made us feel like locals! Affordable, comfortable, authentic. Cảm ơn!!!!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for over a month. It is a very nice apartment and we were very comfortable. The apartment is large and well equipped. Bed is comfortable, good shower with lots of hot water. There is cleaning once per week included, and they have large bottles of water you can purchase. The host is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

La casa si trova proprio nel quartiere vecchio di Hanoi, in citta viene proposta una visita ad una casa a tubo, nella casa loc homestay vivi l'esperienza di viverci prorio dentro ad una casa a tubo. Il piccolo corridoio, che porta all'appartamento, inizialmente non fa ben sperare ma poi la casa dentro e carina e piacevole e sopratutto è molto caratteristico, tantissime carse della citta hanno vicoletti piccoli per arrivare all'nterno. la host e stata molto disponibile e ci ha formito molte informazioni sui locali intorno.

The host is very kind, and the room is kept clean. The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is near to the big super market(Fivi Mart) and Tran Khanh Du bus terminal. The specialty store handling the shop of fresh marine products and a Japanese product is near.　And National museum of history, Opera House, and Old Town are near, too. You can send enjoyable days among local Vietnamese people. I spent very comfortably three months. I strongly recommend this apartment for you.

Tuti’s flat is a great stay in Hanoi. French Quarter is a quieter and calmer area than the Old Quarter but still within a quick walk. The beds in his place are comfortable and it is kept clean. Perfect for a few nights visit to the city - would definitely come again.

Excelentní ubytování v klidné čtvrti, nedaleko autobusového nádraží. K použití je celý prostorný byt ve druhém patře vily. Postele i polštáře jsou pohodlné, k dispozici je toaleta se sprchou, kuchyňka a velký pokoj s postelí, sedací soupravou a dostatkem prostoru. Víc popsat nejde, protože jsme přijeli pozdě večer a brzy ráno jsme museli být na autobusovém nádraží, kam nás velmi ochotně odvezl syn majitelky. Děkujeme a DOPORUČUJEME!!!

Chủ nhà nhiệt tình. Dễ thương. Nhà sạch thoáng. Đồ gì trong nhà cũng xịn xò nhất là đối với bạn nào nghiện đồ bếp và mấy dụng cụ như tụi mình. Chăn mền và ghế sofa thoải mái. Góc với đồ vật trong nhà chỗ nào cũng sống ảo được 😍. Bước chân xuống dưới là mall. Dọc 2 bên đường quán ăn sáng, trưa, tối nào cũng ngon. Mình thấy rất phù hợp với những bạn đi công tác hoặc team đông người. So với các loại căn hộ ở Hà Nội thì mình thấy ở đây là suất sắc nhất. Siêu tiện ích.

Highly recommend this place! Excellent location, pretty and clean apartment, very responsive and accommodating host!

Very nice place as advertised. Nice lake view, and a lot of hotel amenities like bars, pools, golf, ping pong and pool tables. About 20 minutes from old town.

A winding pool stretches through the landscaped area, bordered by vibrant palm trees. The clear blue water reflects the surrounding skyscrapers, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation. Sun loungers can be seen along the edges, inviting guests to enjoy the outdoor setting.
