Three modular bedrooms (twin beds or double beds), three bathrooms including one with bathtub, large 45 m² living room with sofa bed and giant Netflix screen. 1 ha park, access to private wellness area in this gîte included and accessible in the afternoons (spa, sauna, cold bath and swimming spa spring/summer). Enjoy the sounds of the countryside when you stay in this unique place. This is an old building with very old rooms, including the tower that provides access to the floors. The rooms have just been completely redone as well as the bathroom. The listing is located opposite the church. The bell rings, it may disturb some people and please others.
