Vacation rentals with beach access in Diani

it was a beautiful holiday in a lovely and well furnished apartment. with a view of the ocean by day and the sound of waves by night. we really enjoyed joeys house and it was very convenient to have a restaurant next door. everyone was very friendly and we had a great and relaxing time. thanks!

We had a great stay at the property and suitable for little children. Rachel the housekeeper welcomed us and came daily, the property had everything we needed for a long week end stay. The beach was a few meters from the house with an Askari (guard) on the gate and an Askari on the main gate so you felt safe. The pool is wonderful just what was needed to cool off in the heat. We chose to have a chef, John, who bought all the groceries and fish and prepared everything requested even during a power cut he produced our evening meal. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at the spacious apartment of Pwani. Access to the beach front Diani reef resort was the main attraction .The apartment was very well ventilated and as rightly told by host,we didn't even require AC . The 2 restaurants right next to the apartment also adds to an effortless stay in Pwani's apartment .

Everything is fine. If I'm back in Diani, I'll book here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Virginia’s place! The space was exactly as advertised—beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights for us was the short walk to the beach, which allowed us to catch the most stunning sunrises. Virginia is a fantastic host, and her attention to detail made our visit so memorable. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into ensuring her guests have a great experience. We stayed a week at Eurika main villa and was very happy with the whole experience. As a family of six people it was a great option with plenty of social area at the front porch and access to a well maintained and clean pool. The house is in a quiet and very lush area. The host Marianne is super helpful. Access to the beach is easy, less than 10 minutes away by foot and there are several good restaurants close by. The optional chef/cooking service is highly recommended. We would love to come back some day.

We lived our stay at the White House cottage. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to return. We are a family of four and it was perfect. The staff was so warm and helpful. Definitely hire the local chef recommendation. We had delicious food in the convenience of our own veranda looking at the ocean. The location right on the beach with the private, expansive grounds was perfect. The house has incredible views and is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend. If you have a big group, try to rent the White House next door and have an amazing holiday with family or friends.

Tulua House is truly a hidden gem. My partner and I had the most incredible stay here on our way to a safari, and we are already dreaming of returning. The house is in a perfect location, spacious, serene, and beautifully styled with Swahili touches. My favourite moments were enjoying the outdoor shower under the tropical sun, unwinding in the private garden in the evenings, and soaking in the warm hospitality. Ilya is a superhost in every sense, wonderfully responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Margaret, the house manager, is extremely professional and incredibly helpful, she made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. We are already planning our next visit.

The villa is beautiful and well-located, with easy access to Galu and Diani beaches. While walkable, we recommend using a tuktuk, especially at night as the road is unlit. It's also close to excellent restaurants and bars. The pool is spacious and cleaned daily by the groundskeeper. Although the filtration system is off in the afternoons for environmental reasons, it didn’t bother us. The master bedroom’s Jacuzzi was a perfect addition for relaxation. We loved dining outdoors, especially for breakfast. Note that the two villas are side by side, so noise from neighbors can affect your experience. We were lucky to have no neighbors until our last two nights. The recommended Chef, Nathan was fantastic, planed everything in advance. The staff were accommodating, and a minor lost item issue was quickly resolved by the manager. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the villa for couples or small families. With just the two of us, the space felt more than enough.

The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood. As mentioned, there is another family living on the compound, but the compound is big and nicely divided by trees, so there is full privacy plus the family is super silent, so I didn't even know they are there. Nice green garden all around the house. The house itself is nicely decorated, kitchen more than perfectly equiped, big fridge. I especially liked the outside verandah with a wooden bar and wooden chairs to have my afternoon cup of tea. All the place is perfectly clean, host extremely nice. What to ask more for? Recommended kabisa kabisa !!!

Wonderful stay. One of it’s kind. Worth every penny. Ken, our cook, prepared nothing but a variety of delicious meals. Josephine, the adorable, is a very unique lady with a heart of gold. Rachelle, the manager, made our stay very remarkable. As far as the guards, they went above and beyond at making sure we were safe and well cared for. This place is s gem, and if accepted back, we will definitely visit again. If ever up for sale, please let us know. My family would love to call that property home. The house itself is an oasis and very quiet and peaceful - we loved seeing the monkeys playing outside. Chef Erick was amazing as well and the food he cooked was wonderful and suitable for a family / small child. The pool was sparkling clean and warm and we had such a great stay! Thank you!

We loved this home. Eunice, Angelo and other staff members were awesome and friendly. Eunice made fantastic home cooked meals. We loved Siku their dog. She is super cute and extremely friendly. Very clean property. The pool was amazing! We swam day and night. The beach is close by and was also amazing! Warm and lots of fun. Supermarkets were a driveable distance. Used tuk tuks that are very affordable and safe. Highly recommend this home. We will be back!

It’s 2 bedrooms apartment with comfortable beds. It’s very clean apartment and couple minutes a way from the beach. It’s has all the amenities I could as for such as utensils to cook and high speed internet. I’ll recommend anyone to rent. Thank you Maithya.

Nestled in a stunning location, it’s ideal for those seeking an authentic experience immersed in the local community, unlike the more private, tourist-oriented resort. The highlight was our host, Pam, whose warmth and responsiveness went above and beyond. When we forgot our phone chargers, she generously lent us her own. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Pam’s Place for travelers looking for great value and a genuine connection with the local culture.

My stay at this beachfront Airbnb in Diani was nothing short of spectacular! The view was absolutely breathtaking as the golden rays reflected off the ocean, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The house itself is well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The host was welcoming.

Faith is a kind and responsive host. I always choose to stay with her when I am in Diani as I know I can count on her to always be available. The place itself is in the best location at Blue Marlin and next to Salty Squid, but also with fully equipped amenities. I would recommend to anyone!

It was my second booking already! I felt absolutely like I am at home! I missed nothing! The housekeeping was on an agreement of both! We talked about when is it necessary and the housekeeping has been done 100%. The description on this page is exactly how it is! The beach, shopping center or a pub is only a short walk away!
