I had a wonderful stay at her house. The host is very attentive and friendly. The house is beautiful and matches with all the pictures. I got too many compliments. I never had such a wonderful experience like that I hope to stay at that beautiful house again.Highly recommended!

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that do not appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, had plenty of blankets and towels, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it is extremely well equipped, the pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house afterwards and intend to return! In addition, it is cozy and you can feel a positive family aura, you feel a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note a thousand!

The house is delicious, better than the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We loved it! I hope to come back again and again.

We were in the family (14 people) all loved the place, exceeded our expectations and we were well accommodated in the distribution of the rooms. Great location, bakery, nearby markets. Wonderful view, quiet place. Marcelo always answered questions clearly and quickly.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

I have been an AirBnB fan and avid user for many years. Over the years, I have learnt that homes reflect so much about the host. Some homes just make you feel welcome and right at home. That's how I felt at Luciana's home. I felt right in the lap of nature, woke up to birds singing, banana trees in the yard were laden with fruits......it was such a peaceful place and yet everything was accessible. Luciana and Caco were the perfect hosts, they were there whenever I needed them and yet I had all the privacy. Loved my stay here.

The house is simply fantastic, it has all the utensils for a family to spend a weekend, the rooms are very good, spacious, excellent quality bedding, and the structure of the house is perfect.

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. We hope to come back more often <3

I will compare this stay with another stay in Sao Paulo last year. Unlike the host, this stay had TV's in 2 of the 3 bedroom in addition to the living room. Big Plus. Also, last year I had to get out of car and raise the garage door by hand /manually. This host provides garage door opener with remote. Very handy and a Huge Plus. Also, the hot water controls in shower head were superior over my last experience.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, with a super charming industrial vibe! The service was excellent, Marcelo was very quick and attentive in all responses. The outdoor fireplace was a different and very pleasant experience, which made all the difference in the stay. We will definitely be back another time! ✨♥️

What a wonderful experience in São Bernardo! The house is simply perfect: spacious, incredibly comfortable and very well equipped. The location is a great advantage, with easy access to supermarkets, markets and malls. In addition, security is a highlight, as the street is a dead end and has a surveillance guardhouse. Márcio's hospitality is impeccable, always very attentive to us. I highly recommend this excellent hosting option!

The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was perfect and communication with Víctor was excellent. 100% recommended!

Great period that I was at the site (more than 1 month) , as the house is in the back there is not the noise of the street, which is very good! The garage is automatic , which makes it easy to get in and out for those who have a car. Mr. Bruno uses the garage to mess with some cars, as I left too early and arrived very late, I had no problems with it. Region with close commerce, square, fast lava, gym, market, pharmacy, etc. local home office and or study well-equipped with internet 💯 Dona Anitta was exceptional!!! Rural helped me a lot!!! From the coffee shop to a day that helped me with an umbrella, helped me with the washed clothes, and berries. All this additional, that is, it has no obligation to do and does so willingly. Saudade da Patrícia (cachorra) which from the day I arrived until the last day when I saw myself jumped into me… kkk

Nice accommodation, the environment is exactly as shown in the photos. The host, Rubens, was extremely polite and proactive, pointed us to places and restaurants and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Recommended for families looking for space and a quiet location.

The place accommodated my family of 7 very well. Check-in was super easy and fast with a digital lock. The house is on a street with a park in front and it is not a very busy street. The bathrooms were very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and even had an air fryer. Magda was super helpful and attentive.
