Das Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit einem tollen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Für fünf Personen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz und sie ist vollständig ausgestattet. Innerhalb von drei Minuten erreicht man den Gemeinschaftspool, den Strand "Sandyz Beach", der für die Nicht-Hotelgäste vorgesehen ist, kann man innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Ilyas’ place! The home was exactly as described — super clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just few mins walking distance to the beach. And the beach was incredibly beautiful. Ilyas was super responsive; constantly checking on us if everything was smooth. The check-in process and instructions were smooth. We truly felt at home during our stay. It was the perfect place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salalah.

The lodge is set along a serene lagoon, with a modern architectural design visible. Large windows reflect the soft hues of sunset, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere. A palm tree stands nearby, complementing the sandy foreground and landscaped elements.

The place is great and as described in the listing and its details. The host is quick to respond making things easier. Wonderful place to stay in a residential compound. A quite and peaceful place to relax. One thing to consider if planning to travel around is that a vehicle will be needed. The place is a bit inward, but has delivery services (Talabat) for groceries.

A spacious bedroom features a king-size bed with crisp white linens and two decorative pillows. Nightstands with lamps are positioned on either side of the bed. Soft, neutral curtains frame the window, and an air conditioning unit is mounted above.

House is in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. It is in a secure community. There is a small water theme park nearby. House is 100% as described in the pictures. Bassel is a good host. I recommend this house for people who loves a very calm and quiet life.

A modern living area features a spacious sectional sofa adorned with decorative cushions and two elegant armchairs. A round dining table sits nearby, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen. Large glass doors open to a balcony, allowing natural light and providing a view of the surrounding landscape.

Abdelaziz a été très communicatif en amont et pendant le séjour. Il était très réactif et répondait à toutes nos questions et nous conseillait beaucoup sur les environs et places à voir. Il a été très arrangeant pour notre horaire d’arrivée. L’appartement est très moderne, bien équipé, la wifi fonctionne très bien, la télé dispose de YT, Netflix, amazone prime etc… Le complexe dans lequel se situe l’appartement est top : piscines, restaurants, plages, bar. C’est un peu excentré de Salalah (20-25min) et aussi à 30 mins de l’aéroport , mais on a le calme, la beauté du lieu, et toutes les commodités. Merci encore Abdelaziz pour tout, il a rendu très agréable notre séjour.

Great Location in the marina opposite the island restaurant, one flight of stairs, fabulous views. The place could do it some proper cleaning and better Wi-Fi. It’s location location, location. great host. We would return Ken Mallorca

Notre séjour chez Saeed était parfait. Nous n'avons pas eu l'opportunité de rencontrer Saeed mais il a été un hôte très réactif et à disposition. Le logement était propre et impeccable. La zone est très paisible et très sécurisée. La vue sur la piscine est très agréable. Le logement est un très bon point de départ pour rejoindre tous les endroits à visiter dans la région de Salalah. Je recommande sans hésiter.
