A beautiful place in a perfect location. The view was spectacular. The place was clean and tidy. Both the wife and daughter felt safe and secure and loved the location. There are so many great that restaurants and activities literally within walking distance. a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay in or around Salalah.

The living area features a modern design with a large TV mounted on a white wall unit. A small dining table with two chairs is positioned by the window, allowing for natural light. Decorative items and shelves enhance the space, while a striped rug provides warmth.

Saif's listing has wifi, despite the description of no wifi. So that was great. The apartment is on 4th floor, with a very well functioning lift. We had some problem with no water in the bathrooms on the second day, but that was quickly resolved by Abdallah, the housekeeper. No complaints there. Everything in the house worked very well, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Could comfortably sleep 6 people (3 double beds in 2 rooms), 2 bathrooms, great kitchen, washing machine. Has a small coffee machine, air fryer, gas cooker and oven/grill, microwave, kettle, pots and pans. A chef would be happy here. Very close to the beach, superb sunrise view from the bedroom window. Close to convenience stores, cafes, even barber and laundry. Saif was superb, always responded promptly. Nothing lacking. Not easy to get public transport here though. All in all, highly recommended. Will stay here again if we ever come to this beautiful Salalah.

Luxurious Apartment with Lake View, Hawana Resort

House is in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. It is in a secure community. There is a small water theme park nearby. House is 100% as described in the pictures. Bassel is a good host. I recommend this house for people who loves a very calm and quiet life.

It was a great stay in the apartment. The owner is very communicative and responsive. The apartment is spacious enough to fit 4 people, comfy mattress. The kitchen could be cleaner and more functional but if you’re not going to cook then it doesn’t matter because it’s a separate room which you can just close the door to. The location is great- peaceful yet close to the city center. Almost right on the beach, with many restaurants for dinner or breakfast (outside Ramadan) at the beach within 3-min walk, some with prices much lower than in the center, let alone tourist resorts. Great and cheap coffee in the nearby Like Cafe. I definitely recommend this place for the price in Salalah.

Beautiful Flat By The Beach Salalah

Great place on the edge of Salalah right on the beach. Free parking in front. Good wifi and smart tv. Airco throughout. Host was very responsive and helpful. Water and milk in fridge on arrival much appreciated.

A winding pathway bordered by palm trees leads through sandy terrain. The path is flanked by stone structures that enhance the coastal atmosphere. Soft sunlight filters through the leaves, creating a calm and inviting outdoor space ideal for relaxation.

This place is really good. Its actually better than the pictures. Good facilities and clean. Very private and quiet. Its almost like living inside the nearby hotel, but at a fraction of that cost. All attractons in Salalah are close if you have a car, so its a very ideal location. And food delivery services like talabat fine there. Mohammed is very repsonsive and helpful. He even had food, water and snacks in place we good use as we wanted. All toiletries are also present. We like it so much, that we tried to extend our stay there, but unfortunately it was in high demand and already booked by others.

A modern bathroom features elegant marble-like walls and a well-lit mirror above a white sink. A towel is hung near the sink, and a showerhead is mounted on the wall. The space is designed for comfort and practicality.
