This place is an ideal stopover if you’re looking to stay a bit away from the bustle of Shimla. Located around 30-40 minutes from Mall Road, it’s tucked in a peaceful area — just about the right distance away to enjoy the quiet. The last 500 meters are a bit off-road and might need a little driving experience, but it’s totally worth it once you arrive. The host was super helpful, especially with our last-minute booking. Special mention to Sanjay who took great care of us — from keeping the place neat to serving fresh, tasty, and homely meals at very reasonable prices. Be it a long day out or stay in, having that kind of comfort food is honestly a blessing. The view from the balcony is stunning — the kind that makes you want to linger over breakfast and just soak it all in. All the basics like Wi-Fi, geyser, parking were spot on. It’s a safe, calm neighborhood and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing break in Shimla!

stay was quite good. very peaceful property with a great view. rooms were tidy and interior was very beautiful. eateries and restaurants were walking distance from the property. essentials were also easily accessible from the property, ATM, pharmacy, grocery store, everything was walking distance

Had a great stay for 5 nights at Pawan ji's place. The view from the balcony was amazing and was the best part about the flat. The flat is spacious and matches the description and images shown in the listing. Special mention for Gokul Ji (manager of property) who was always responsive and made some delicious home made food for us which saved us from ordering food from outside every day. Also, it was at a walkable distance from Mall road which made it possible for us to go to Mall road every day to explore it fully. I would recommend Pawan ji's place for staying in Shimla.

A big and well maintained house with a fully functional kitchen. The cafe closeby serves good food. The caretaker and host are pretty responsove too. Good place to enjoy staying in.

The hosts, Gaurav and his family, were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. In fact, we would go so far as to say that this home stay is one of the best we've ever had. The home itself was immaculately clean and decorated with such taste. The amenities provided, such as Kitchen gadgets, Wi-Fi, toiletries, etc. were top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The views from balcony were mesmerising. What truly made this experience stand out, however, was the hosts' genuine warmth and hospitality. The hosts were always happy to provide recommendations on the best places to visit. If you're looking for a home away from home, look no further. You won't regret it. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience in Shimla. We would definitely come again to stay here.

Excellent hospitality.Just 15 minutes drive from mall .The apartment is equipped with all the essentials and more over the rooms are very spacious and very clean. greenery and walking trails all-over and the place is away from city traffic in a cool and silent atmosphere in the lap of nature. love to visit again.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was just as described. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The view from the rooms were magnificent. Host were really helpful and communicated well.

Great and spacious place to enjoy with group of friends and family. It is close to mall road, and yet far away from city's hustle, you can enjoy your peace by looking at the view you get from the balcony, Rohit is an amazing host/ buddy, took care of all the things and arrangements. Would definitely love to visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Everything was too good and the place is quite away so it is great to stay in a peaceful home. View was also good and the house help was very helpful in every way. It’s a wonderful experience to be in the place.

We stayed here on our LTC Vacation for Two nights. The place is awesome. The apartment is in the roadside in Mashubra and the road-level of the building is a hotel.The property is in the basement floor. The caretakers stay attached to the hotel, and it quite convenient as they respond to your needs immediately. The rooms offer s lot of privacy, and it has a great scenic view. The rooms are spacious, and are very well maintained. It could accommodate our family that included two young girls and parents. Room heaters were provided on request. There are some general stores nearby. The only problem that we had was my elderly mother in law had to walk down three flights of stairs. Incidentally, I was the first to book this property in air bnb. I am quite happy to recommend this to any tourist who intends to visit Shimla.

We visited for weekend, surrounding/ location is very good. Nice cold weather when you have 41 degree in Delhi NCR…worth visit this place. Shimla is 1.5 hour drive and also the toy train station is a kilometre away. Couple of good dining options around beside the restaurant within society. Host is quick in response and have well managed room.

Amazing view. Really good and affordable Himachali food available. Sunrise is on the bed, which makes the special. Location is friendly for drive in. Ample reading material. Serviced appartment, not seen in India but in the West.
