Located in a hamlet 10 minutes by car from access no. 11 of the A40 Annecy exit, I welcome you to my house, where you can enjoy a simple and independent stay. The apartment, spacious at 40 m², is located on the lower ground floor and has a private terrace. You will enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment, with a central location for exploring the 3 lakes in our region. Pets are welcome as long as they are respectful of those sharing the space (dogs and cats).

A unique space of 64 m2 plus terrace and garden: Including: A 20 m2 studio with kitchenette, comfortable and practical sofa bed, rapido type, overlooking a 12 m2 terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and its Romantic garden. On the lower level, the 45 m2 spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna and large round bed for your nights in the magic of a plant decor, special care has been given to the materials including 2 basins cut from blocks of Carrara marble.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
