Very nice and spacious home. Attention to detail, from landscaping to decoration. Very comfortable outdoor area. It's worth it. Marileia was super attentive.

We will come back more often as a family, it was a beautiful weekend in the sun , the house is well equipped with pans , cookware for meals, the freezer fridges very well . The dam is facing with the easy access house. the city has ceiling fans and the Wi-Fi has a good signal.

We booked the house to spend a few days with the family, along with our 4-year-old daughter and our dog. The house was very clean and organized, with impeccable bedding. Also, it is well ventilated and spacious. We were warmly welcomed by Lizandra and her father, which made us feel right at home. We'll be back for sure!

The outdoor area is large, much more beautiful than in the photo. Plenty of shade in the table area, the pool is delicious and large, it fits a lot of people. We had our birthday barbecue with the garage door open all the time, the neighborhood is simple but super safe and quiet. The sun hits the pool 100% of the time, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and there is shade in the covered part 100% of the time, perfect for those who want to enjoy the summer without dying of heat. =) Daiane and her brother were super helpful and quick to respond, we loved it,

Mariela super attentive with everything, sent us all the information of everything in the house, with extra photos and videos. We also helped by appointing a cook to help on Saturday. The house and the city are very quiet, as described here on the website. Anyway, I highly recommend the site!

The house is very good! The coexistence area too! Barbecue and kitchen with basic utensils. Janaína was always responding and available. A point of attention only is that in the rain you will get wet on the way from the rooms to the kitchen/barbecue area. And the gutters in the rain make a lot of noise that is noticeable at night.

We spent the Easter holiday with a group of friends on the site and loved it, all impeccable and exactly as it appears in the photos. The place is very well equipped and was super clean, hosts Atila and Natália are super attentive, respond quickly and have provided us with an amazing experience. The villagers too, as well as the hosts, made our stay excellent. Access to the site and the city is easy. The space is perfect for taking pets, as the property is completely fenced and they loved. We would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.

If you're looking for peace, this is the place. Located in the city, but it seemed like we were in the countryside due to the nature present in the place… surrounded by trees and greenery, birds singing, a forest around the neighborhood. There are shops nearby that you can even walk to if you need something urgently. The owner of the house always responded to us very quickly when we needed something, very polite and proactive. The house is very beautiful, it has a very complete structure… benches to relax everywhere, sofa in the living room, swimming pool, full kitchen, comfortable bed with pillows and blankets, clean bathroom with towels, air conditioning, etc. We really love it and are very satisfied with everything.

We'd like to express our gratitude to the great host Wendy, always kind and attentive to guests. Spacious and great house for leisure and/or work trips.

Danilo is an extremely understanding, communicative and polite host. The house appears to be new, or newly renovated, well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the main trades, such as cafeteria, bakery and super market. You can leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot. We love the stay, and will be back soon.

The house was perfect, clean, toiletries in the bathrooms, clean pool, exceeded my expectations. I recommend it. Whenever I visit my family in the countryside and this space is available, I will hire.
