This is an architecturally significant (3-bedroom 3.5-bathroom) home by noted Las Vegas architect Homer Rissman. We are located in the heart of East Lakeview, just half a block from Lake Michigan and Lincoln Park, and blocks away from Wrigley Field and Boystown. Smart TVs (with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) are located in the shared main level TV lounge, and also the lower level lounge. Entire home I like in-person check-in but full privacy is offered You will receive a link with detailed instructions within 24 hours of your check-in. If you have a U.S. mobile number, you will also receive a text message FULL DISCLOSURE: If you haven't used a lockbox (or don't know how to), self-check-in isn't for you. Your check-in should be in person. Lakeview is home to two of the most vibrant sports, nightlife, and theater scenes in Chicago: Wrigleyville and Boystown. Explore souvenir shops and casual eateries by day, and hop from bar to bar along Clark, Addison, and Sheffield Avenues by night. You walk to Treasure Island (half block), Jewel Osco (2 minutes), Whole Foods (4 minutes), Lakeview Athletic Club (4 minutes), XSports Fitness (5 minutes), Walgreens (3 blocks), bars and restaurants aound the corner. Close to multiple buses on Lake Shore Drive. Grab a bus to downtown in 15 minutes You will have to climb one flight of stairs for all bedrooms Street parking is free on the east side of Broadway. This home was GORGEOUS! Its was in a quiet neighborhood not too far from a shopping area. There is a play ground for small children near by. The 5 bedrooms were a great size. The king size bedroom included one of the bathrooms. The shower was AMAZING! The home was clean and smelled great. The bed felt like clouds. I feel asleep almost immediately every night.

Daniel’s house was perfect for what we needed. Seven adult women were comfortable and enjoyed the open table space. Bathrooms in basement and main level were clean, and plenty of linens and towels were supplied for the three nights we were there. Nice location for easy pickups and stores with delivery nearby for quick groceries. Also check out Diversey House nearby - great food and drinks! Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

I have stayed at the patriotic cottage multiple times with my two daughters and it is absolutely adorable! Great location across from the river and an easy walk to downtown Yorkville. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is great. Sheila is so responsive and kind and we always feel well taken care of.

Yes, the place was a bit on the pricier end but I was booking last minute, as I needed to find a place that would house myself, my siblings and their families as we dealt with the death of our Father and getting things together for it. Eric's house was very peaceful and he was an absolute treasure. He was quick to reply whether cell or on the app. He gave me some recommendations on places to take the kids as well. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, dishes and cooking items. There was even tea, coffee and a large assortment of seasonings - I've never seen more than salt and pepper at an airbnb. lol We were all travelling from out of state so the arrival times differed a bit and he was flexible and allowed us to check-in earlier than listed; which was amazing. I personally enjoyed the hot tub, even with the cool weather. It was one of the main things that helped me decide to book this house vs another; as I have low back issues. I would definitely stay there again if able.

My wife and I loved the place. The wooded surroundings in the backyard with the stream running through or breathtaking. We would see on average anywhere from 15 to 20 deer every day. The house was even better than what the picture show. I never had to worry about being able to reach the owner. She was always accommodating and even offered us the opportunity to stay longer knowing that we were doing a longer-term, but we had already made arrangements to go somewhere else and couldn’t get out of it or we would’ve taken it.

This was a beautiful home! Everything was super clean and felt like home. The kitchen is fully stocked and they have clean linens and blankets in case you need them. They were so kind and even included a champagne bottle as a gift! Great place to stay, highly recommend! Vladyslav was extremely helpful, responsive, accommodating and kind.
