115 m2 hus og 15 m2 anvendeligt poolhus. Unik og meget charmerende bjælkehytte beliggende helt ugeneret på egen skovgrund. Der er masser af plads i naturen på den store grund. Huset har egen pool på ca. 8m Ø med et skønt poolhus med spiseplads. Plus vildmarksbad og shelter. Huset ligger ca. 2 km fra den lille by Gjern i det smukke kuperede Søhøjland tæt på Silkeborg og kun 30 min fra Århus. Der er masser af muligheder for aktiv ferie i den smukke natur med vandreruter, mountainbikestier mm.

This simple naturally lite open plan single floor holiday house & annex provides the perfect in door outdoor experience. With generous grounds, 360 degree beautiful garden, plenty of outdoor seating, garden swing and BBQ all just 1000m from the beach. The perfect location for anyone looking to retreat and relax with nature. A 10 minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Gilleleje where we were married. 60 minute to Copenhagen. 38 mins from Helsingør and a ferry to Sweden.

Historical Cottage close to the beach

The cozy thatched cottage Hyggeholm is located in the historic center of Gedesby on the island of Falster near the beach with a wonderful view. The design of the property was completely modernized in 2020, a large kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms were redesigned and individually furnished. A billiard room, a library under the roof and a sauna house in the garden were built. The garden is home to many different types of plants and fruit trees.

Sommerhus Hygge!

A traditional Danish Sommerhus - wooden cabin on a large plot in a very quiet and peaceful location, near a private sandy beach - Denmark's best. Only an hour from Copenhagen and close to the Århus ferry, so ideal for the best of a beach holiday or exploring Denmark. A real second home for our family that we are delighted to share. We also now have a wood-fired hot tub!
