Villa vacation rentals in Den Helder

We had the loveliest time staying in this bungalow at Huisduinen. Kirsti, the host, was super friendly and kind. The supermarket is just a 10 minute cycle away, and the location is a dream for walkers, runners, and cyclists. Plenty of peace and quiet and beautiful sunsets! We hope to come back!

It was a really great weekend at the place. There was practically nothing that was not on site. From a super kitchen equipment, to many clean bathrooms, to the boat in front of the house. We were able to enjoy the time carefree and at no time had the feeling that something was missing. Glad to come back!

Great place to stay in Texel!

We spent a week with the family and two dogs at the place. Everything worked out great from contact to the stay itself. It was all very well described. Because of the good weather, we were not in the accommodation much, but more in the garden and on the terrace, which is very private! We would book there again anytime.

Beautiful, lovingly and stylishly furnished house. Many details to discover in a beautiful, quiet yet central location with an idyllic garden by the water. Short distances to Haarlem train station and the surrounding supermarkets. And a very nice host who always responds promptly and competently to questions. Thank you very much Lonneke, it was very nice at your place and happy to come back if we are on vacation in the area :-)

Recommended! Had a wonderful Pentecost weekend. The house offers a lot of comfort and is secluded, giving you a lot of privacy and tranquility. A house that immediately feels like 'home' for a family with three big kids. The kitchen offers a fantastic view of the water and all the boats that pass by. The large dining table offers plenty of space to play games, read the newspaper or work (wifi top!) Unfortunately, we used the outdoor space less, so the Weltevree (pizza)oven remained unused, but the paddleboarding with the setting sun was fun. Nice helpful managers around the corner. The use of their Falcon brought extra fun. Langweer is around the corner, 2 minutes drive (car) for the basics + local restaurants. For us an ideal place.

Lovely holiday with family and friends, Daphne’s home gave us peace while we weren’t off sightseeing or biking!

We stayed as a family with 8 adults and one child in this beautiful, very well-maintained and spacious house. Since the weather cooperated, you could enjoy the terrace with the large table, the garden and the canoe as well as the SUP. Yolande described everything as we found it. We were all very comfortable. You can quickly reach Harderwijk or the beautiful town of Elburg; but a car is definitely recommended for this area.

Had a friends weekend with 6 couples. Everyone could sleep in a separate room, which is nice. Wonderful garden with bar and fridge for lounging! Nice location.

We had a lovely weekend with the whole family in the villa (8 adults & 5 children) The house is very nicely decorated and offers plenty of space to play and romp. The path to the beach leads through a beautiful forest. The communication between the host and us was flawless. If you had any questions, you would receive a response within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at Pien’s place with a group of nine friends. Everybody was impressed with the place. The house is very luxurious and big. The bedrooms have private bathrooms. We decided not to go to a restaurant as the house and the kitchen were a treat for us to stay. The surrounding is very beautiful, fantastic view from the house to the fields and forest. We spotted deer in the garden! Overall we can highly recommend it.

The house is sensational. Very impressive high rooms, huge and very tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. You can park right in front of the house. Just right for our family trip (10 people). We wanted a quiet house near the North Sea. Sandra and Nic are great hosts. We can all recommend the house.

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

We had a lovely stay at the place. The house is very large and there are many bedrooms. Each of the rooms is beautifully and individually decorated. There are fly screens in all the windows, which was great. It was quite warm and so we could sleep with open windows without any problems. In the house and garden there are a lot of toys for children, we particularly liked that. In general, the house is very child-friendly. We were a large group of 14 people, so a 2nd refrigerator would have been good. The existing refrigerator is quite large but with so many people it was still very full and became very warm from the outside. All in all, we had a great weekend and can absolutely recommend the house for groups with children.

We stayed at Paul's villa with 16 people, but it was also big enough for that and the amenities were sufficient. We were personally received very friendly, were even able to get into the villa a little more by arrangement. The garden was great for the kids and adults (sauna, hot tub). Clear recommendation also for large groups!

Beautiful private park where the kids had a great time between canoe rides, tennis, and swimming. 40 minutes' drive from Amsterdam but very easy to do. Well furnished house with many useful utensils for cooking and dining even outdoors. Laurence is very friendly and helpful for every need recommended

This was a real special find! The 3 days we spent in Zeewold were amazing. We had a group of 10 friends, and we had a great time at this unique mansion. Everything was ready for us, the house is fantastic, the surroundings are very unique, the place is comfortable, quiet, with lots of home feelings. We were able to cook inside, ride the boat, play in the garden. We were a bit apprehensible because we were organizing this for a large group, with people coming from many countries, and we had never been to Zeewold before. Yet, the hosts helped out with clear information and sending all the details we needed. Not related to the house itself, but the Asian restaurant nearby is amazing (very recommended) and the city is close by for dinner, online orders and shopping. Two things we heard from people in the group: "when we came back next year..." and "this house is already our house, let's reserve it now!" So, looks like we will be back next year! Thank you!

We had a wonderful, beautiful, long family weekend in Casa Bonita in June 2025, with 5 adults and 4 children between the ages of 1 to 6. House, furnishings and garden were perfect for us. Everything we needed was available. (e.g. 1 high chair with belt for the little one, 2 very good high chairs for the 3-5 year olds) The kitchen equipment fulfills all wishes. The pool in the complex is about 250 meters from Casa Bonita, includes a small, shallow area for small children (separated from the swimmer area by a safe, high railing). What you should know: neither a playground, nor a bakery or other shopping facilities are within walking distance. But after 10 minutes by car you are in the center of Zeewolde, where there is everything you need, even a beach section with playground. We'll be back for sure....

We had a wonderful time (5 nights) with the whole family (7 people + dog) in the vacation home. There was enough space for everyone, especially the outdoor area was more than perfect for us. Everything was completely fenced, so we could let our dog run free without any problems. Inside, there was also enough space for all of us.
