Malabar Cover is a cozy, quiet, and relaxing lakefront home on the Little Bay De Noc portion of Lake Michigan. The home has a huge backyard on the lake, which provides lots of space for kids to play. Two kayaks are included! The backyard also has a large deck with outdoor furniture and a very nice firepit for bonfires. Inside, the home is very cozy with a woodsy and nautical theme throughout the home. This is a great place for exploring the U.P. or just relaxing and enjoying the beauty!

Trail-Bender Homestead

This unique home was built for multi-family living but works great for friends, reunions and more. There is a bonfire area, a large sunroom, three bedrooms, a screened-in porch and two decks with views of forest. The property is within easy driving to Escanaba or the casino in Harris. The area is peaceful, with ample parking, accessible features, in-home laundry and more. The owners are retired and live in the lower level walk out basement below with separate access to the property.
