Very clean. Great beds. Very responsive hosts.

Tiffany was a great host. She was responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and cozy with a personal favorite being the kitchen with all of its supplies. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good spot in Old City!

What a great place to stay! Everything I needed, beautifully and thoughtfully set up, a block from downtown, and an pleasant walk (or drive) to the Chester River right through the historical section of town, especially in the morning or early evening when everything is peaceful. Many thoughtful touches upon arrival - right down to biscuits for the dog - and helpful things like a basket of travel sized toiletries in case I'd left something behind. The hosts were easily available if needed but explanations were clear and everything intuitively set up, so I didn't need a thing. Thanks, Beth and Bob!

Highly recommend staying at this airbnb! Great location with easy uber rides everywhere. Was clean with very comfortable beds. Cory was an excellent host: friendly, accommodating and very responsive!

I booked this place for a weekend trip for a group of 6 friends. We really loved how spacious the apartment was - the 3 beds, and 3 full baths were perfect. The living room and kitchen were so open, fully stocked, and we loved the natural light and high ceilings. The location of the apartment was great for walking to Chinatown and Old City. Yoseph was a wonderful host as he was super responsive to questions and checking in during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both super easy. All in all, would highly recommend staying here!

My two school-age kids and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Anne and Ariel's historic row house, on a beautiful tree-lined lane right off of South Street. The location is ideal: very walkable and close to tons of good restaurants as well as treasures like the Magic Gardens and the Queen & Rook Game Cafe—and yet, despite being in the middle of everything, it also feels peaceful, quiet, tucked-away. The house is perfectly cozy with a great kitchen and a private garage; check-in and check-out are super-easy and we got some terrific restaurant recommendations. We loved our week in Philly and we'd stay at Anne and Ariel's again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The place was comfortable and spacious. We were there for visiting family and it was a great place for us all to gather. Instructions for using the various amenities were very clear and easy to follow. The location is great for getting to local shops and restaurants, and it is an easy train trip into Philadelphia from the location. Dave is a great host, being friendly and easy to reach.

For this part of the city, more spacious, newer, better cleaned than many other airbnb options. Living room is on first floor and bedroom and bathroom on second, so not so many stairs as many in this area. Convenient to many parts of the city, with attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Excellent communication with host team.
