We created a city guide with our favorite places in the area and in the city, and we are always available to help with anything during your stay. Perfect location to explore all that the city has to offer!

Perfect private apartment and conveniently located

Enjoy a nice apartment with a minimalist style, with natural ventilation, located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom, a kitchenette equipped with an electric grill, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a private bathroom (equipped with soap, shampoo and towels), and everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant and to feel at home. The location is excellent, close to WTC, Roma, Condesa and Polanco. Great transportation. We are 3 blocks from Insurgentes and the metrobus.

Flat with excellent location

Apartment with modern finishes, it has some humidity issues. Since it is on the avenue, there is some noise from cars and when people enter and leave the building. It has no parking or stove. It's another important point that most guests ask. Near the apartment there is a Superama, Soriana, Oxxo, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, dry cleaners, gym, clinic-hospital, subway 5 blocks away, subway bus and public transport. It's just as shown in the photos.

It is the ideal space for 4 people, although it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Its terrace is fully equipped and designed to offer you maximum comfort outdoors.

All means of transportation are very close, it is one of the safest areas of CDMX.
