This was by far the best AB&B experience we've ever had. The host has obviously put great effort into making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We had so much fun in the pool area, playroom, and spacious living spaces. The house was decorated for the season, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms and restrooms had all the extra linens, towels, and toiletries we might need. We'd 100% stay here again, and I'd give 6 stars if possible!

Check in was easy, and everything was as described. Julie’s place met our needs for a place to stay while visiting family. Her place is clean and well supplied. Lots of room which we didn’t use all of it. The fenced in area was nice to be able to let our dogs out.

Amazing stay! This place has everything you need for both short and long visits. The location is extremely safe and convenient with shops within walking distance. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire property, especially the game room and TV room which were perfect for entertainment. Moiz, the host, was very kind and quick to respond to any needs we had. Thank you for everything! We would definitely stay here again

We were genuinely surprised to find a place in this location so close to the relatives we were visiting. Genoa City is not exactly the hotspot on the border! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, but no overly inquisitive citizens. Property was perfect for our requirements, with the fenced in back yard that allowed us to let our pet out whenever without having to use a leash. Nice personal welcoming touches were unexpected and truly appreciated, since we arrived late and weren't able to do any shopping before hand. Beds were comfortable and spaced throughout the second floor, with expansion in the lower basement if necessary for bigger families, especially those with older children. School immediately across the street is great for spontaneous recreation of all types if you have the equipment. Our dog has not had the opportunity to enjoy such a large open space for quite some time and it was great to wear him out for the evening prior to bedtime. Abundant TVs throughout the home!

House was lovely. I enjoyed the homes decor. Every day I woke up with something else I loved. The house had everything we needed. Only thing I wished the pool heater was working and the pillows were flat. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is just as described - cozy, relaxing and perfectly clean and stocked for a “home away from home” feel. The kitchen/living room area was lovely and served our family’s needs perfectly. Yuan made sure we had everything we might need and the home is close to Culver’s and grocery stores. There were also very nice touches, such as a gift bag with thoughtful welcome gifts as well as bubble bath and all the essentials in the bathrooms. The private pool was the showstopper — our family had such an amazing time swimming and playing and it was an absolute treat for us. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would love to go back some day.

Very clean and comfortable, nice neighborhood and not too far from our venue. Bikash was super responsive and even recommended a great place to try out Chicago deep dish pizza.

We enjoyed our night here. It provided a calm place to rest and plenty of space. Host was wonderful to work with.

This is our second year staying at this beautiful and convenient Airbnb. Only 15 minutes from the NIU Convocation Center! Close to a great pizza place that will deliver to the Airbnb. Cynthia is very responsive and very flexible. We love this space!

We had such a unique and fun experience at this Airbnb! Loved the location in downtown Rockford — we walked to coffee every morning and enjoyed the central location. My four year old was especially thrilled with the pac man game and opportunity to paint. Would stay again!

Kitty was great to communicate with - any question was addressed very quickly. Her place is so cute both inside and out. There was plenty of off-street parking available. The walkable distance to downtown Byron was a great benefit as well!

This beautiful lake house was perfect for Our annual spring break trip with 6 teenage boys and 6 moms. Layla was very helpful and the house was beautiful. Everything was labeled which made life much easier. highly recommend and we cannot wait to return.

Uthuman’s was a great place to stay! It was cozy! There were plenty of towels available. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. I had quick responses to any questions I had. I would recommend staying here!

This stay provided a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Perfect space and amenities. Maria provided perfect communication and the location was safe and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The bathrooms has great amenities and are spacious as well. The kitchen was clean and had anything you could want or need to make a meal. Maria even thought of some other items like Tupperware and parchment paper. The coffee maker was serviceable. The gift basket was truly indulgent and appreciated. The big sofa was comfy and the tvs are the perfect size with any app you may want. While it was cold outside and I didn't get to enjoy the property, it was certainly still beautiful and lovely to enjoy my coffee and watch the snow in the mornings. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Thank you for letting me staying.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our Spring Break. We last minute booked this home, and checked in 45 later but you would have never known by how welcoming Vytauta made it. Beds were very comfortable, backyard was great, we felt right at home.

We were a family of 14. My 3 adult Kids and their spouses, my 6 grandkids, ages 2 to 21 years old. The number of beds fit us comfortably. The game/activity room was a hit with the kids especially. The dining room and kitchen dinning areas fit us well. We did have some issues, that Syed responded to quickly. Syed is a very nice man and a great host, however the house is in need of some minor repairs, the garbage disposal didn’t work, cabinets in the kitchen need repair, we had ants on the counter in the kitchen that we had to spray to get rid of. The railing going upstairs was coming out of the wall. Syed responded quickly to rectify most of these things. The house and bathrooms are clean, but the tub and showers need to be recaulked, They are showing signs of mold. I spoke with Syed about these issues and he assured me they will be taking care of all these things. I believe that he will. Overall it was a great place for a large family. It met our needs for the 4 days we were there.

The house is in a neighborhood of nice homes, peaceful and walkable. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was so well organized with everything you need and the bathrooms were spotless. It’s in a perfect location to restaurants. Highly recommend and will reserve again.

Debbie was very proactive and responsive with communication. House was clean and as described. Neighborhood was quiet at night and close to restaurants. Would recommend.
