Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Dehradun

Pros: The location was awesome Peaceful Property was clean The host kartikey was amazing Good communication and collaboration Food was amazing Hosting top level Wifi was good Cons: For Elderly people especially having joint or leg problem - I wont recommend this property since the path/route to the property is quite tricky. The property is 200 m downhill from the main road parking area. Overall , we had a wonderful stay( top notch view) and the Host Kartikey was amazing and made sure we don’t face any challenges. Vinay has maintained this place very well and you get what you ask for - a place you can treat like your own and as close to having a home while being away from home. The place was well maintained and ideal if you come with a pet since it also has a beautiful lawn. The place is also easy to get to and just 10 minutes from Rajpur road. Loved our stay here and faced no problems whatsoever!

It is a peaceful and private property. Little off road . Accessible . Well visit again certainly

The property was really good if you want the peace and calm from the noisy world it’s recommended. I and my Friends had great stay we extended our booking for a day . The caretaker was really helpful it’s just the place is little far from the local market so we have to pay for the petrol every time we want some thing from the market .

Arun has excellent communication skills. Arun is very professional with his guests. He explained everything to me after I reached his location. Arun is a retired air force personnel(not sure about his post). We had a great conversation about his work. He is also an artist. He has made wonderful paintings. There was construction work going on which blocked the path to the homestay. Arun picked up my suitcase till the apartment. Arun was extremely helpful and courteous. He made sponge Dosas for me which was very tasty. The bedroom was spacious. The kitchen had all amenities. Arun had also kept eggs, butter etc. for the guests in the fridge. I also liked the terrace of the homestay. Lots of beautiful plants, and enough space to dry your washed clothes. Amazing view from terrace. All in all, it was a beautiful experience. I wish to stay here longer when I come next time.

The hosts are incredibly friendly and cooperative, making for a pleasant stay. The house is also in a great location. I highly recommend this place!

Quaint and peaceful cottage (2BHK) in Landour overlooking the doon valley. The place was clean and equipped with all the required amenities. Mrs kapur and Vidur were prompt and helpful in communication. Ideal for families looking for a calm and peaceful staycation. Recommended!!

Surpassed my expectations. Went to this place as a last minute resort whole booking a place in Mussoorie and got late in Dehradun. This place has a strong character and charm. Winter is coming. Take as many candid shots you like with all the swords and stuff. There is an actual ivory vase there as well. Washrooms were clean and spacious. Bedrooms are just alright. Best part is the terrace and living room. Perfect spot for a small party or a peaceful stay. Host and caretaker are there to help you figure out everything. We were traveling with a newborn and the place was cozy enough for December chill with heated ACs in every room. Use blinkit to order basic groceries like milk and stuff. Also, you can get good food delivered here so no need for a cook but you can ask the caretaker of need be. Crockery and glassware are enough for a group of 5-6. We would love to stay here again.

This is one place where we could really enjoy God’s created mountains. This is for now away from human destruction. You can see mountains without houses and garbage which is a rare sight these days. We have been to Rohtang and the mountains there are filled with garbage and human excretion. We have been to Simla, Manali, Dalhousie, McLeodganj, Kasauli, Mussoorie etc. However, all those mountains are weeping under the pressure of matchbox like construction. I doubt if the virginity of this place would remain so for long but it is worth enjoying till it is there. A humble request to visitors would be to not pollute the place and be decent enough to pick the garbage thrown by human beings.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. Apartment was clean and matched with the photos. It also has a peaceful surrounding and great environment. The society check in and flat check in was extremely smooth. Definitely plan again for this Bnb

Amazing view, clean and hygienic property. You can sit with a cup of beverage to watch the sun set from their open area which is really nice. highly recommend!

We stayed at Pankaj's homestay for 3 nights and it was a memorable one. The thing that stood out for us was cleanliness and hygiene of the property as we were travelling with two kids who played all over the floors and balconies bare foot. The homely dinner and warm welcome by Mrs and Mr Pankaj was great. The location is peaceful part of Dehradun on Rajpur road and almost on Mussorie Foothills. There are small groceries and vegetable shops and you can hire a cook though the host to get fresh meals made. The apartment is a 2 bedroom flat with independent access and sufficient parking.

Nice place to stay in the area. You get great views of the sunset from the balcony. Quiet and peaceful house. Responsive and helpful host.

Edwin's place is very serene and situated at one of the best locations in Musoorie. The caretaker was very helpuful and very accomodating in nature. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a peaceful trip to Musoorie. Worth the cost.

Manav’s magical movie night under the stars made our anniversary unforgettable, turning an already special weekend into something out of a dream. With Sushma and Surinder’s warm hospitality, every need was met before we even thought of it. We leave with hearts full, knowing the pull of this place is real, we’ll be back knocking soon. Skydrift is a heaven for nature lovers! Surrounded by lush green trees and soft chirping of birds the place is full of peace and tranquility. Our cottage, Kingfisher, was beautiful, pristine and quiet. The interiora were tastefully done, place was well furnished with all the basic amneties and the staff was just a call away. The outdoor jaccuzzi was cherry on the top and we spent some amazing moments savoring the stunning views of the mountains and valley. Yaman was an outstanding host, he greeted us personally at the time of check in and checked on us on every day of our stay. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They created an amazing sate night set up complete with bonfire and barbeque for us that looked straight out of fairytales! We had a wonderful stay at the Skydrift and can't wait to return soon!
