Apartment vacation rentals in Defence Colony

Perfect location for Defence Colony and South Delhi. Attentive host and very helpful maid. Property has a nice court yard and is accessible. We found getting Uber and taxis to be quite easy. You can walk to Defence Colony main market which has good restaurants and amenities. As we have two women in our group we found the location very safe and secure, at night the main gates are guarded and it’s Def Col which is known for safety. Would recommend Would stay again. 😊👍

My go-to place to stay in Delhi. Can see only green by the large windows, and its super spacious for the price. Sagar is super responsive and has made it very very cozy to stay in. Interiors are very well done and the maid is very regular to help keep it speck clean. And there’s a great Fitpass gym less than 5 min walk away. Just a couple of things: it can get a little warm near the windows on hot days since AC is in the room, and there’s no microwave. But the kitchen is awesomely equipped otherwise and the large fridge and gas stove are a blessing.

At first, we were unsure whether to book or not let’s be honest, photos online can be deceiving. But this place? It exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a space that was exactly as shown clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The quiet surroundings, the feeling of safety, and the overall comfort made it a true escape from the chaos of daily life. Every little detail was thoughtfully provided, making our stay incredibly convenient and peaceful. A big shoutout to our amazing host Keshav and the ever-helpful caretaker bhaiya — both of them ensured we had everything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality truly made the difference. If you’re looking for a calm and comfortable getaway, this place is a 10/10. Don’t think twice just book it. You won’t regret it!

Flat is same as in the pics. Caretaker was helpful during check in and check out. Kailash Colony market is nearby and restaurants.

This was my 2nd time staying here, I total recommend it. Great Place, Great location, Great Host. A+++++ the only thing I would suggest is if this is your first time there and you plan on taking a uber, ask the host for the address of the Doctor's office a few doors down... When you put in the apartment address in Uber it will take you about 15 mins walk / 6 mins by car away from the apartment.. Uber's location map is off.

Anu was always responsive and so kind in making arrangements for us. The place is roomy and everything was as described. There was some noise from planes flying overhead but it did not bother us, we slept very well. Anu’s place is well worth a visit and you could not find a better host.

It’s in a prime location—peaceful yet just a short walk from the market, cafes, and all the essentials, which made getting around super convenient. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The caretaker was exceptional—always polite, attentive, and kept the place immaculately clean. The host was incredibly kind, always available and quick to respond, no matter what time I had a question or request. They really went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. The house was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities as described. All the rooms were very well decorated and we appreciated the attention to detail. While the outside area was clean, it was not very well maintained so it did not match the standard set by the interior. Another thing worth mentioning is that there are 23 stairs. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

It was such a pleasant stay, Peaceful and not very far from the happening places. Easy to communicate and loaded with all the amenities mentioned.

One of a greatest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It was equipped with all required amenities. Caretaker, Krishna bhaiya was soo helpful and was available right on a call when ever needed. Karan responded quickly and was really helpful all the time.

Great property, and amicable host! The locality feels unsafe, since it is too easily accessible. As someone who's lived in Delhi and mostly gated communities with proper security, the location and safety of this complex seemed slightly jarring. Even as I went up the lift, I was apprehensive since I wasn't aware it was on the rooftop. And the helper's room was right by the BNB, which added to my apprehensions. Which is why I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the house and the good-naturedness of everyone- including the helper. The helper (Sumit) graciously got breakfast of my choice every morning at a time of my convenience, and the host (Rishi) and his wife were very kind. The weather was good too, so was a pleasure sitting on the swing on the rooftop and feeling the wind and the nature while sipping Tea. At night, I locked all the doors so the safety aspect was taken care of somewhat. Overall, the place is a steal and offered me so much more value than what it cost!

This is an amazing high end duplex apartment which is even better than it looks in the pictures. The host was super responsive and there were helpers and a cleaner available to make our stay comfortable. The please is a short walk from the famous M block GK 2 market. There is also a nice park next to the apartment for your quick morning walks. All in all a super duper stay and highly recommended.

I’d recommend it to everyone, worth the next visit.
