Very convenient, the metro is a short walk away. Cordeliers metro station is a two-minute walk, bus stop is one minute away.

It consists of an entrance, a fully equipped designer kitchen, a living room with marble fireplace, desk area and double bed, shower room with washing machine and a separate toilet. This bright and quiet apartment in Lyon 6, with a chic design, is located close to Les Brotteaux, Parc de la Tête d'Or and Part-Dieu train station.✨

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.
