This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modernly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We particularly liked the loving details in the decor and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

Deborah’s place feels like a home. It is not a sterile business Airbnb like I have become used to. She greets you at the house and makes an effort to help you settle in. The house has everything you could need- cold water on arrival, coffee, pantry staples, laundry detergent and even a first aid kit. We loved lounging by the pool and we felt comfortable to take a rest after many weeks of hectic travel. It was just what we needed. One of my favourite things is that the only sound you hear apart from the odd local car, is a plane, it’s so peaceful and quiet.

Rafael is warm and wants to share his experiences with the area. That is worth much to us. The property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean and it is so beautiful. We had such good sleep there. It accomodated our needs well. Grazie per tutto. Ci siamo divertiti! Denise & Mark

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We had a great stay at Paolo’s accommodation. It is very spacious and clean and the garden is beautiful. The two dogs are very friendly and the cats as well. My son had a dip in the swimming pool which was still quite cold in the beginning of may, but that wouldn’t hold him back. In the garden there are several spots where you can relax. Also the view from the top terras is beautiful. For cooking we also used the BBQ outside. If you want to go out a car is highly recommended as it would be quite a walk to the nearest restaurant or supermarket (would not recommend).

Our stay at Anna's house was amazing. The house was very clean, well equipped and had a pool that we enjoyed daily. Beautiful "home base" for visiting Sardinia's archeological sites and pristine beaches. Anna was attentive to our needs and responded quickly. The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! We are very happy with our stay in Federica's apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and is the strong point along with the care, cleanliness and style of the apartment. The photos and description are faithful to how the apartment and the surrounding area look. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a factor that was very important to us. Communication with Federica went very well both during check-in and during check-out. It is not possible to reach the apartment unless you have a car; it is in a very quiet area, but still not very far from the sea. For us who were looking for calm and relaxation, it was the perfect place! Definitely recommended! Thank you.

We had a relaxing week, right on the beach

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is not only very nicely decorated, but also excellently equipped – we really didn't miss anything. The private parking directly at the property was particularly pleasant, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is quiet and ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life – perfect for city people who long for a break. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and hygienic, from the living room to the spacious, lovingly designed garden. A big plus are the windows equipped with fly screens, through which you can enjoy the tranquility without having to worry about insects. The hosts were extremely friendly, uncomplicated and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. All in all, we highly recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

Great place to stay in Pula. 2 minutes walk to the town square, with great restaurants and cozy atmosphere. Also within 2 minutes walking distance of a bakery where we got focaccia every morning for breakfast, and the supermarket. No issues parking inside the gates with our small Volkswagen Up. All in all a great place to stay!

We spent a week with Vittorio and Daniela in St. Antioco in June 2025. We felt like at home from the beginning. In addition to the personal, very friendly welcome by the two and a comprehensive presentation of the house, wine, a fantastic "tomato bread" and a personal "welcome" were already available for us. From the beginning, we had support and tips for the area, excursions, restaurants,… The house is furnished with an incredible amount of attention to detail, at the same time the two have thought of all the practical things that make the stay pleasant. Even a cooler bag for the picnic on the go is available 🙂 We met Daniela and Vittorio as very warm people and will be happy to come back any time. Thank you! Grazie!

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! We had a lovely time at this airbnb! It has everything you need and is really close to the beach 😊 It's a very friendly area w nice neighbors and their pets, including a little cat called Oreo. Graziella was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come again!

It was a wonderful unique vacation! Although we arrived late, we were personally and very nicely greeted by Maria and she showed us everything! The apartment simply has a fantastic location: we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the sea - and we also spent the evenings there often - it was just too nice to eat there and watch the sunset with a glass of wine! Lying in the hammock with a book and hearing the sea roar at night with the window open was fantastic…. The apartment was lovingly furnished - a very good smell immediately greeted you - so that you really felt comfortable. Even a cold beer and a delicious liqueur were in the fridge... Maria is just a very warm, nice person - and her sister, whom we also got to know, as well. But it was never intrusive or too much - you just felt very welcome! .. it was a vacation we won't forget! Thank you!
