This boathouse is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by its beauty and tranquility. The space is immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly situated for a peaceful getaway. The nights here are magical—completely quiet except for the soothing sounds of wildlife and water gently lapping against the dock. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was an experience we’ll never forget; it was simply breathtaking and worth every penny. The host clearly put a lot of care into making this place feel like a true retreat. If you’re looking for serenity, stunning views, and a pristine, relaxing environment, this boathouse is a dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re in the area. Only seven minutes to big Jim’s. The pond house restaurant is right down the road and they have the best steak you will ever eat. We had no problem, parking two trucks and two boats (with) outside power to plug up battery chargers. I would recommend this home to anyone. Will definitely be going back.

The little Cottage is very tastefully decorated so beautiful and very cute and quaint Highly recommended.

Great place for a nice weekend trip. Publix was walking distance, was able to run the neighborhood for my workout. nice and cozy but perfect for 1 person ... Loved the "in case you forgot" stash

Linda was extremely helpful and thoughtful thought out our stay. anything we needed she was right there. it felt just like home and looked exactly like the pics. We visited from Tampa and enjoyed every moment of our stay. I am attentive to detail and it was obvious that Peter took his time designing this home. My husband said it the layout was similar to Nigerian homes, which made our stay 100% better. This Airbnb is definitely a hidden gem.

The place is great. Had what we needed and more. In town for a memorial, and it was great to stay right in Cairo. Will definitely stay again when visiting family.

Joanna was very communicative and nice. Loved her recommendations for our road trip. The location was very convenient to our event in the Capitol and whoever needs to go to FSU. It was very clean and everything needed was available. Nice touches in the bathroom were hair towels and makeup towels, my girls really loved that. Check out was easy to complete. Great host.

My daughter stayed in the apt for 58 nights. The apartment and the location were exceptional. Looked 100% like the photos. The host was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and addressed all of our questions on a timely manner. I will recommend staying here short or long term. Experience was 10/10!

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. We were visiting family in the area for the month. They live south of town but work in Tallahassee so this was a great centralized location. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for the month. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and the unit felt very private. Susan is an excellent host, very attentive when we had questions and she even provided thoughtful treats for our arrival!

This Airbnb has every store you can possibly need within a few minutes, most things are walkable. The area is quiet and beautiful! The place was spotless 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone considering this stay!

I had an amazing stay at Marlinda’s place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to where we need it to be and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night.
