We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

A warm welcome 5 minutes from Lille and close to the Pierre Mauroy stadium awaits you in an individual studio. You can discover the European Metropolis of Lille. You will be 10min from Lille airport. 5min from Lille CHRU, universities like Lille 2 (sport and law), Lille 3 (letter) Lille 1 (science) via the metro, door to the post office, or Douai Gate or Chu Eurasante. Bus line 7 is 50 meters from the bus. Close to all super shops or hypermarket, bakeries, V-Lille.

On a surface area of 40 m2, on the ground floor you will find a bright living room including an equipped kitchen with a dining and relaxation area, a shower room and a bedroom. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a living room with sofa bed and TV. The bay window will offer you a view of the garden shared with the owners. The private terrace faces south and has various outdoor amenities.

Close to major roads (Douai and Lens 12 minutes away, Lille and Arras 25 minutes away). You can park for free close by. An electric terminal is 50 m away. Accommodation Ideal for taking contests at Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of 160 bed or two beds. The third bed is to be booked extra with mattress and linen of course provided.

Gîte du Plateau de Féquières (Cherry Tree) Wattignies

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

Independent studio on the outskirts of Lille Jardin

10 min from Lille, our studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The house is located in a quiet and residential area. You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright. You will have your own bathroom and kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc...). Welcome to all guests!

You will have access to the entire home as well as the terrace A metro station is a 3-minute walk away and will take you to downtown Lille in 15 minutes.
