Beautiful 3 bedroom condo located on the Marriott Hotel Dawn Beach resort property. This is the east side of the island on the Dutch side, at gorgeous Dawn Beach. The condos are updated with all new furniture/ appliances. You have access to all amenities of the hotel, including a great pool, and poolside bar. This timeshare is also for sale - this will not affect your rental, all rentals will be honored. If you are interested in purchase, let me know!
