Clean, safe, great gym. Location was perfect for me. Will stay there again.

Stayed for six nights. Space was very clean and the outdoor space was a plus. Would like to say that the communication was great but I had no need for help. Well appointed and comfortable. The river walk and surrounding area made for pleasant walks. Would recommend the property.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Luis’s Airbnb for a week and it was exactly what we wanted. The place was very clean and in a great location. We especially loved the putting green outside by the pool. It was close to many restaurants and only about a 10 minutes drive to the beach. The host was very responsive as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The place is beautiful. It looks exactly as the picture portrays. The place smelled great as I walked in so I know linens and floors were cleaned properly. It is located in a prime location. Very close to beaches and restaurants. 100% recommend

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. Throughout our visit, we had no reason to raise any complaints, which speaks volumes about the quality of our stay. When we encountered a minor mechanical issue, Mike and Leah responded promptly, explaining that it would be addressed after our departure, which we appreciated. Overall, both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we are grateful to Mike and Leah for providing such a memorable experience in sunny South Florida. Thank you for everything!

I checked in late at night. It was so quiet and well maintained around the complex. A beautiful mansion was lit up right across the water and I had to stop and take it all in. As soon as I walked inside the bnb the house was all lit up for me and it was nice and cool. Everything was clean and beautifully placed. I’m a very picky girl. The shower is beautiful and the water pressure was perfect. Now to the best part. The massive king sized bed! It smelled like bleach! Omg I was in heaven! Memory foam and the best pillows I’ve ever slept on! David was so attentive with checking in on me! Also gave amazing instruction on how to check in and out. I felt safe and very relaxed. Would definitely stay again!!!

Great stay the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in process was easy and the home looks exactly as pictured. Very clean , spacious and great amenities. I would def recommend staying here and I will be staying again in the future!

Cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Great location, plenty of amenities, and kind neighbors. You’ll have everything you need. Perfect for a calm solo trip or for couples. Christine thought of everything. I would literally live here. I plan on staying here every time I come to Florida. Very worth the price.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Fort Lauderdale! The location was perfect — super close to tons of amazing food options, shops, and everything we needed. It was really convenient to get around, whether walking or driving. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made the check-in process easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I usually stay at a different Airbnb on the beach, as we try to make a trip every year, however this time around we needed a bigger space and we could not be happier with our decision to stay here. The space is incredibly spacious and hug kudos to how clean it was upon our arrival especially being a beach apartment. Otherwise, location is fantastic! We love to stay around here because it is a more quiet area on the beach and that’s exactly what we look for. You will not regret booking Lisa and Andrew’s space for your trip.

the room we initially booked was not somewhere anyone would feel comfortable staying - although the staff was absolutely amazing and they handled all of the issues we encountered with great professionalism, we were offered a better room without any of the previous issues and our stay was 10x better thanks to the hotel staff
