The property is spacious, well-equipped, and has a perfect layout for spending time with friends and family. Miller is a wonderful host and, he made sure our stay was comfortable even though we took a while to arrive.He was still waiting for us. He was very accommodating and made us feel like we were staying with a friend." I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I liked the size of the rooms, felt like home. The kitchen was great with lots of appliances like microwave, rice cooker, oven, big refrigerator/freezer, water cooler. The bedrooms had these nice lighted end tables. And they are friendly people too. stay here if in Panabo.

This is our third stay at Moss and Grove and it was just how we remembered it--any changes we noticed were obvious improvements and still in keeping with the ethos of the place. As with previous visits we appreciate the caretakers for their ready help and also respect for privacy and peace and quiet. The gardens were beautiful as always. We cooked with lovely fresh herbs all week. Our children felt safe and free to explore up and down the hill. We're grateful that the zipline and other playground equipment has been so well maintained--it is a very special thing for families with kids. The fridge broke down part way through our stay, but Annie was quick to find a solution for us. Highly recommend to anyone needing a restorative break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

it's always a 5-star for me when the bedsheet linens and pillows, towels, and curtains are clearly fresh and clean!!! the house makes one easily feel at home immediately. PLUS POINTS for sqeaky clean kitchen utensils and tools! hooray for availability of hot and cold water 24/7!!! aircon units emit fresh air, so great! we felt very safe while seeing the cctv recordings around the perimeter. perfect place for cute hatchback car owners.

Place was nice and spacious for a party of 5. ALthough can definitely fit more than 5. Had all the basic household appliances. Enough plates, glasses, etc for over a party of 10. We also did some cooking during our stay and they had all the basic kitchen needs to cook a Filipino meal. We'll definitely stay again. The Washing machine was a real convenience that most AirBNBs in the Philippines doesn't have. That was a definite plus since we were staying for 6 days and I still had a flight after Davao. Would be nice if it has a Dryer as well to make laundry a lot easier. But hanging clothes to dry was ok as well.

Superb comfortable stay here! Mostly due to the caretakers Analyn, Mhyl and family. Friendly and easy to communicate. Can take care of any needs and are always giving food treats, like pancit and other things, yummy and thanks. This is my second stay here. First in Feb 2024 and now March 2025. So far, I am expected to return next year. It's a peaceful, lovely, gated community with close access to everything. Thanks Michael as I truly enjoyed my full month accommodations here.

We had a great time in Jamie's house. The caretaker is available and answers all our questions. It accommodates our big family with enough space, good ambience, and kids enjoyed the pool, aircon works well and bedrooms are spacious. Will book again if going back to Samal.

The place is great! Perfect for family outings. We felt very relaxed with the beds. Easy access to the ocean, it’s fun to do some snorkeling cause there’s lots of fish.

We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Mr. Celso's team was very responsive, easy to communicate and very nice people. We travel by car from afar and check in was late, but Sir Celso was waiting patiently and giving us help and instructions on how to reach the accomodation quicker. We were more than 10 plus kids and without asking Sir Celso gave us extra beds plus the very good drinking water supply is free. We, especially my parents enjoyed the balcony relaxing with birds singing in the background. We grilled and ate in the balcony which is a plus and the karaoke and a paid access to the nearest resort. We will definitely book again when we visit Samal and I highly recommend Sir Celso's place, it is more of what you pay for. 🤩

Nice owner, he asked updates on our check in process. Also responds quickly to queries.
