It was a great place to stay. All the things we need are provided except for the tissue which is one of the most important things for me when going in a condo or hotel. But overall, I like the place. I felt comfortable.

Our second stay at this Airbnb was just as great as the first! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I had a great stay at this place! It was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials like pots, pans, and a chopping board, which made cooking convenient. The air conditioning was cold and worked perfectly, and the listing matched exactly what was advertised—truly amazing. I also appreciated the free toiletries and drinking water provided, which were a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

I love where the place is located because it’s close to all the establishments. I also love how the room was clean and exactly like in the picture. The total bonus point for me was the location of the room—it has an overlooking view of the city, which is especially beautiful at night because of the city lights. Oh, and an extra bonus is that they offer free water! Overall, I am happy with my stay at their place.

To be honest, this is one of the best AIRBNB staycation we’ve been to so far! Sir Andy was really cooperative, helpful, kind and caring person. We were able to make an early check-in and late check-out with Sir. Andy as long as he has no other guests. His place is really spotless and clean. Well equipped kitchen and furnitures. I would say his apartment studio would really make you feel like at home—really comfortable and cold AC as well. I would say also his house is semi-smart with their electronics and it’s designed to conserve energy and save water. What you see in the description, is what you get! Recommended and 5 starts for Sir. Andy!

This is one of those rare Airbnb stays where I can't think of a single negative thing. This is a really good apartment. It had all the kitchen necessities, good aircon, good internet, good washer, a good balcony, and it was quiet. I highly recommend it.

Superb comfortable stay here! Mostly due to the caretakers Analyn, Mhyl and family. Friendly and easy to communicate. Can take care of any needs and are always giving food treats, like pancit and other things, yummy and thanks. This is my second stay here. First in Feb 2024 and now March 2025. So far, I am expected to return next year. It's a peaceful, lovely, gated community with close access to everything. Thanks Michael as I truly enjoyed my full month accommodations here.
