A true paradise on the shores of Lac de Paladru. Luxury, peace and pleasure await you! The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

Villa on the ground floor, a room, veranda, jacuzzi / sauna, are for a fee of €200/per family on 2 days, no stop, free pool, fishing, water skiing on the lake. The RESERVATION is 2 days min, in July and August it is 7 days minimum . The rate shown is for 4 people if + an additional charge of €40/adult and 30 for children under 17 years old and free for infants - 2 years to be paid on site, no visits or parties or nighttime noise

Cottage with large enclosed grounds located in the municipality of Charavines, 200 m walk to the lake. Fully equipped: ground floor: kitchen/living room with dishwasher, oven and stove, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom with washing machine, toilet and bedroom with a double bed. In the attic, a large space with double bed, single bed and a play area for children (toys, books) Outdoor barbecue and shed with outdoor toys for kids. At the bottom of the garden, the new chicken coop.

Welcome to the Villa du Lac. Here, rest is assured in the heart of nature. Come and enjoy water activities and nearby hikes (for all levels). Small functional house (80 m2) with terrace (40 m2) and garden. Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office...

Avoid crowded beaches! Our charming waterfront cottage is a magical vacation spot for swimming lovers. Lake Paladru, with lagoon-colored waters and a temperature reaching 26° in summer, lazes along our private beach. From the terrace, stunning 180° view... 2 paddles available. Bikes and pedal boats for rent 2 km away. On the hiking side, the Chartreuse mountain range awaits you... TV. Internet. Please bring your bed sheets, hand towels and bath towels.

Apartment at the gates of Vercors

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…

The apartment is located in the center of the village of Paladru in a former hotel that has become residential. The turret restaurant is at the foot of the building. The closest beach is 300 m away (land, beach and restaurant). The Archaeological Museum of Lake Paladru is a 100 m away. Grocery store that also sells bread 50 meters away.
